Intallation
You MUST have root beofre flashing GalnetMIUI Chameleon RC1. If you do not have root, please follow this guide (thanks to Chainfire) :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399
Step 1. Download GalnetMIUI for Galaxy S2
Step 2. Now connect i9100 to PC with a USB cable >> copy over the GalnetMIUI .zip file to the root SD card >> then disconnect your phone from PC.
Step 3. Download and install ROM Manager app
Step 4. Now run ROM Manager app >> tap on Flash ClockworkMod Recovery >> choose Samsung Galaxy S II >> now your phone will reboot.
Step 5. Once the GS2 is rebooted >> launch ROM Manager app >> tap on Reboot Into Recovery.
Step 6. Your GS2 will reboot again and will enter ClockworkMod Recovery Mode. Now use volume keys to navigate >> scroll down to backup and restore and make a backup of your smartphone’s current state.
Step 7. Once the backup process is finished >> scroll down to wipe data/factory reset >> scroll down to advanced using volume keys/home button >> wipe Dalvik cache.
Step 8. Scroll down to install MIUI zip file from sdcard >> choose zip from sdcard >> Chameleon-RC1-i9100. Wait till it be flashed completely
Step 9. Finally, reboot again via ClockWorkMod recovery
Step 10. Now your Galaxy S2 should run GalnetMIUI

Nope, it's not based on that rom. It's our own framework.

As for why people should flash this rom over other MIUI roms? It's just more choice for people. We fix things that MIUI leaves broken in most cases, and it simply provides more choice for those who like MIUI, but enjoy the little tweaks we do to take it in a different direction from the stock MIUI.

As your know there isn't many Kernel's for the SGS 2 (MIUI /CM) related. We haven't made our own kernel yet for the SGS 2 and as such we are using "2.6.35-MIUI-g31db975bmarko", so in essence yes we are using BMarko's Kernel, which we are thankful for!
Credits to the CM team and Bmarko for the kernel.
However as Alan (lttldvl) has said the framework for the SGS 2 is modified with our SGS improvements and stableness (which others have grown to love).
I hope this clears this little issue!
Thanks, but what is the different between this and the already available miui rom.. the only thing I could see is tw4launcher and gallery 3d, that I can install manully.. I guess that it not the same as galnet for galaxy s 1 where there is touchwiz frame-work built in with samsung apps..

Apologies, missed the full ROM download.
If it's a full ROM, why do you require a download of the Samsung stock ROM first?

Some tips for your future development:
First off, why do you wipe /data? It's not necessary to do a full /data wipe in all or even most cases. This should be optional, as you're force deleting any user apps, user settings, account settings etc etc. If the base version of the ROM isn't changing (2.3.4 over 2.3.4 for example) then a wipe of /data should be unnecessary. Better to leave that to the user to do in Recovery if they need to.
You also force install a kernel and modem. Kernel ok I can sort of understand, but forcing a modem is never a good idea, ever. Forcing an old kernel known to have bugs in it (KE2) isn't all that smart either.
The fact that you're recommending a download of KG2 and a kernel, then flashing this, makes even less sense.

Yes, it does contain Spanish (Espanol)
Well, make sure you do a full backup of your system using CWM recovery.. and install this rom
(if the system does not boot.. make sure you install the latest baseband..)

Well, i've noticed that turning on USB Storage when i have apps installed on SDCARD (app2sd).. causes the bootloops, i think this issue is current in cm7 rom if i'm not wrong.
I'll try sorting the problem out, by the time use some other USB Storage mounters that are available on "Play Store"
Can you recommend me one USB storage mounter, please?.

Did you try Inserting the USB and enabling the Storage mode? if not please try, please try anything from the play store if the native storage mode did not work..

Oh, my bad.. not bootloops it just hot-reboots only when you insert the USB cable, but you can use the CWM Recovery to copy stuff into the SDCARD.
I've installed this firmware and i had this problem "Sorry: the process android.acore has been interrupted. Try again".

1. Unlocked Bootloader.
2. Working CWM recovery.
3. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10
4. Working USB cable (If in case anything goes wrong)

INITIAL RELEASE : **~~** v1 - Horizon **~~**
1. X10-Galaxy.zip// Mirror (Do not mirror )
2. MoKee FXP 125 Kernel / cosmic UI kernel any FXP based latest Kernel
1. Download the X10-Galaxy.zip and put it to your SD-Card.
2. If you are using third party application for your data backup- Backup your data and application.
3. Flash latest FXP based Kernel using flashtool. (Skip this step if you are on Latest FXP based kernel)
4. Reboot into CWM recovery >> Go to backup and restore >> Backup your current ROM.
5. Do factory reset + Wipe Dalvik Cache.
6. Install custom zip from Sd-card >> Select X10-Galaxy.zip
7. Wait until installation finish.
8. Reboot your phone >> First boot might take 5 to 10 minutes, Don't panic be calm and take deep breath. :victory:
9. Go through the Setup wizard >> play for 5 to 10 minutes >> first time system might be laggy >> Change wallpaper to simple for lagginess.
10. Reboot your phone , and now from second boot phone will be lightning fast. Enjoy :good:

1. This is the initial release of this ROM, still I tried to make it as much better as I could.
2. Working/ Not working : Whatever working in CM7 is working here and whatever is not working will not work here.
3. Full wipe is always recommanded.
4. Battery may drain for first 24 hours, so don't complaint about battery drain until 24 hours passed on this ROM.
5. To change lockscreen >> Go to setting >> personalization >> Lockscreen >> change it whatever u like.
6. Double twist is a media player for this ROM, so don't ask where is music player.
7. Nobody is Noob so answer the questions respectfully to everyone.
8. Don't PM me for any bugs, FC or WLODs, I will not answer through PM, Post it here, I don't mind to solve problem publically.
9. Don't mirror my Rom, untill and unless I advice.

if you are using phone, use your computer or update flash player of your computer
Is here fully working 8Mpx camera? I dont care about video recording, but i want best quality pics. I was using CosmisUI rom and camera was working is it here same?

same to me, but its not a big deal and very easy to fix it, download other browser from market, solved problem Boat browser

HOW TO INSTALL???
Flash Cyanogenmod 7 ROM :
-Root
-Make sure the baseband xxx15
-installed Recovery
-Reboot to Recovery Mode
-wipe data / factory reset
-advance/wipe dalvik cache and wipe baterry stat
-Select install zip from sd card
-Select choose zip from sd card
-Select the the ROM
-Wait till the Installation is finish
-Select reboot system now
NOTE:
It's not automatically wipe your data. if you want to install fresh rom, you must wipe data before install it!
If you from stock / custom rom based on rfs filesystem, u must flash ext4-formatter.zip before flash CyanogenMod. link & instruction can fount on This Thread. otherwise you'll stuck on android logo because it cant mount rfs filesystem!
have problem after upgrade from earlier cyanogenMod? you should wipe your data!!
Install & Enable a2sd Darktremor
Download http://www.darktremor.info/files/a2sd/dtapps2sd-2.7.5.3-beta04-signed.zip
Reboot to Recovery mode
mount your system & data, then Install it
After install, reboot your phone. it'll make your phone bootloop for 2-3 times
For Activating it:
go to terminal emulator and write:
su
a2sd zipalign
a2sd cachesdreset
if u want use a2sd extream (move data to sd-ext):
a2sd datasd
Install & Enable Simple2Ext (S2E):
install it from market. be sure u've install gapps before!
open s2e, and press menu and choose setting
checklist the advance mode, extended partitions info, mount as ext4
DON'T CHANGE READ BUFFER!! IT CAN MAKE YOU PARTITION CORRUPT
press back, and press menu -> reboot
if your phone not automatic reboot, u should reboot it manually
after reboot, open s2e again. u can check whatever u want
i'm check it all, except Application data (Application data = a2sd extream datasd)
reboot again
NOTE: if you cant activate S2E, i think your 2nd partition is corrupt. try to repartition it from PC

Because,MY friend / DEV in XPERIA X8 INDONESIA, Have some problem about the new ROM,
passage of time, Any member Would to TRY build ROM, but They don't know about permition for DEV, so any NEW ROM, But only Simply mod from based, like Edit Build.prop, Launcher, Theming... and Other..
so, i ,make CyanogenMOD ROM for X8, special for New DEV to study bulding The ROM...
from this ROM, .i hope sometimes can see other ROMs rising from you,...... :highfive:

Search around a bit by yourself, there are tons of tuturials out on how to do that...
- flash TWRP with odin
- flash rom with TWRP
follow the install guide correctly make shure you use the right recovery and you are good to go

I dont own L version, but as far as i know it should work on L version aswell!!

Yes should work but without nfc of course!!
