Like is there a way to go to straight links on my phone like web brosweing computers do . What i mean by this is like when i go to gamestop.com and it says here go to gears of war site and it takes me to the right spot . when im on the computer but when im on the phone it takes me to the home site and not the spot the link was suppose to send me . you get it ? . for Example . someone sends me a link on facebook to my phone . the atrix will go to the home page of facebook and not the right spot . but if anyone gets what i mean , do you know how to fix that . Thanks .

Is this using the stock browser? I can't say I've had that problem... the only issue I run into is websites auto-forwarding you to their 'mobile' site instead of the full-version one.

I don't know about this guys, after clicking the link, & trying to download, it asks for you to sign in. I'm sorry but I don't sign into, or give up any kind of info into something I have no idea what it is. To be honest, this sounds like an e-mail scam to me, I'll download it when it's in the official market

...are you even looking at the right link? That IS the official Market. Look at the domain, it's very much market.android.com
It's asking you to sign in so that you can directly download and install the app from the Android Market web site. This has been available for a LONG time now.
It's not an email scam, and seriously, it's not that hard to see it's an official Google site. If anything, it's the app itself you should be wary of, not the install process.
Well, if it gets translated it looks like it's ready for the 3vo, if you hit the translate button it says it's designed for the qHD screen in mind with real 3D gameplay. Hopefully it gets a english port soon.

download maps for offline viewing.
These are those maps.
Won't these need to be renamed for the phone to recognize it when you move it to the .data folder? They don't appear to have the same names as the ones you'd get straight from the phone.

I went on to double check the names. Apparently the Minus site is down for whatever reason, not sure why but as of now its not letting me log in via handset or browser. Just boots up a blank screen? The full name that I currently see on my sd card when viewing properties shows as this...
"United States - West.cmap"
If these names are not the same as above during download something must be going on w/ minus. Soon as it will actually let me view their site again, I'll make sure I resolve the problem or even find a better place to upload them.
EDIT: Thanx again for pointing out the error in the name. I was finally able to look it up and it seems that Minus is putting a "%20" for spaces in the file name. I tried to go in and edit the name but that doesn't even show "%20". It shows it as normal. So yes, I guess you would need to remove that. Wish I would've seen that before. Ill make sure I update the OP to include the name change. Thanx again

All the maps posted are bigger than 350 MBs As for the maps, I believe this user uploaded them himself.

Correcta mondo!
I spent a whole day d/l the US maps to my phone and spent the greater part of a whole night uploading them to my minus account. I currently only have the US maps d/l so far. I suppose I can check out the others and d/l them as well. I'll grab the India one first and so forth and keep going from there. This does take time though so just fyi

Sorry for posting here I dont know if I post at the right place but .... I have a lumia 920 its a great phone with few minor things that are just making it a pain .... So ... here is a site truewow.org this is an example of the problem if anyone can test it and tell me if it`s like that for all or just for me, the problem is that when I go on the site and try to open the dropping menus they are not active, and it only lets me copy them .... Can someone help me with this cuz it`s not just for this site it`s for many sites I use and when I`m on the run it`s bugging me out I have to search someone with android phone or I have to use my laptop which I don`t always carry with me ... Thx in advance and I hope for a fast replay

I have noticed this same inactivity with the menus on certain sites. Specifically the truewow.org site I was not able to activate the menus as I have been able to with other sites. I hold down on the menu wanted and multi-touch with my second finger on the same hand as the drop menu appears: sometimes speed is a factor with doing this. But, in general I have known this issue to be a major oversite from the internet explorer team. Unfortunately it is not just you. I also tried accessing the same site with the mobile version and desktop version settings with no avail. Now if you really want to you can use UCBrowser and use the multitouch method to access those types of drop down menus. I have not been able to consistently use internet explorer for these menus without getting severely angry. I am not a fan of the UC Browser but its all we have right now until IE gets this fixed.

Because the real problem with chrome is that i can't download pdf after make a login is a https page...
Ex:
If i use Firefox the file that i download has 44Kbytes...
Or a Desktop Pc (using chrome) the file has the same size 44Kbytes...
If i download the same file following the same process with chrome in the Z Ultra the file has 37kbytes...
When i try to open with Adobe or other app i get the same answer "corrupted file"
Weird...
I think that i'm not doing anything wrong...

So you're blaming the Sony device for something Chrome, a web browser that's made by Google, can't do or is having issues with? Are you also blaming your computer when Solitaire crashes? This is a Chrome issue, so it's the Chrome team's responsibility. Not Sony or Google HQ, but the Chrome team.

I recently started getting pop-ups while browsing on Chrome offering a gift from Google. I've seen it come up while on CNN.com as well as other legit sites. I've deleted all the data through the app manager but does anyone know where this is coming from? A search of the specific url doesn't get me anywhere.
