Instead of flooding, i´ll get directly to the point.
I want create Unity 3d games, and make them work on ARMv6 processors.
The first one is done (almoast)
But make them compatible with ARMv6, is the thing that i hope to be helped with.
Hope that someone can at least "kick" me in the direction where i can find it out/learn it.

You may want to talk to the makers of I LOVE ZOMBIES - their games are Unity based and, while not exactly working well, still work on ARMv6. I don't think they would mind working with other people on a unified ARMv6 Unity version.

I am amazed that noone gave info about that project here already(yup, i know, titanium is more important...but..).
Finally, someone MADE port that works.
Heroes of Might and Magic 2 is there.
Not just another failed attempt, just port very similar to original homm2.
Forget about ridiculous ideas of EMULATING x86 to have homm2 now.

You need pc homm2 files placed in adequate folders, obviously.
Status(imo): playable and NICE on 4.y.o. XSCALE device with 21054.
Look into game cfg to set resolution for your device/other options.
It is nice to see that someone is still developing something different than wm6.5/7/iphone/android promo bulb****.

Ok I now most of you have heard of the game Casltevania lords of shadows before. I dont have the tools to make a 3D version for my phone , my tools are only 2D .
I have 2 photos of the Castlvania lords of shadows running on touchpro2 , and the touchpro2 can handle the graphics and sound.
Now I what I have done was make a simple version , just to make sure the phone can handle the graphics. In my version you can move left and right avoiding enemies , and slashing them with your whip. Its WVGA demo only ,tested on touchpro2. You try to get a highscore.

I am hoping a developer who has knowlegde of 3D can make 1 or 2 levels on the game so I can play on the go. Thanks to whoever can help us!!!

Can any developer with knowlegde of 3D help us. The best I can do will not come out as good as if a 3D developer did it. I would love to see this game on my phone.

I know you like to make small games but as you noticed the comminty as pretty much reached a stale state... If you want something done most time you have to DIY.
I don't see the point of a 3d Castlevania (all the good ones are 2d). Also do you have any idea how much work would be behind this (everything would have to be done from scratch: game engine, 3d models...). You must also consider that WM is dead and the game wouldn't run in WP 7. I don't see any luck getting help for such a task.
Anyway if you do decide to continue making games do notice that the tools you use are very limited (at best they are enough for small puzzle games... or Game&Watch like mini-games)... Making games that don't dynamically scale is a bad idea. Most devices are bellow WVGA resolution... And please do develop them past the point of demo (most of your work feels like PoC... they lack the quality of a finished product... a single complete quality game beats a tons of demos).
And don't rip stuff from copyright games (name, sprites musics, whatever... you lucked out so far). There are many Open Source games that deserved being ported (again the tools you use aren't enough for the job) there's no need to make incomplete clones of commercial games.
I know I wrote this with my gloves of but you've got to agree I have several valid points (hope you take it constructively).
That being said the only reason I see that this thread hasn't been closed yet is because you released a cab (request belong in QnA... which nobody reads, I know). And don't triple post man...

1) I was excited by playing castlevania lords of shadows . I wanted something for my phone.
2) As for doing it myself , if I could I would have not requested it.
3) I cant make more complex games like castlevania because of lack of multi-touch , maybe someone else has it figured it out.
4) The tool I used doesnt support auto-scale , so I have to make the game separately for each resolution.
5) I released demos so someone who doesnt have money to buy games , can have a choice of simple fun games. If you want commercial quaility games then there are many for you to buy. Its ridiculous to expect someone to sit there and make commercial games for free.
6) As far as copywrites anyone can make a game using commercial charactors , as long as its free. I am no where near the 1st one to do this. All over the internet there are different versions of marios and sonics.
7) Finally I started making games for myself after getting screwed buying $7.99 games and they ended being up trash with good graphics or just not worth the price. Play any gameloft game and you will see what I mean.

I installed Gangstar from Gameloft. Then it downloaded 7MB game data and thegame started.
However, the textures are missing. Most of the cars, buildings and the player is white.
What might be the problem ?

but there is a snapdragon version which I found somewhere.
with that one I get the same result: no textures...
Doesn't the HTC Desire have a snapdragon processor? That ran Gangster fine!
PS I have seen this too on the Streak!
Before I update to steve 2.2, ganster from gameloft worked great with no problem at all. That was on o2 2.1 update. Then, the same game. apk with all the files already on the memory stick had problem with texture on 2.2. If you check you an other forum, dont know if I can say the name here, they try a lot of things and the only solution was to downgrade to 2.1.
So for now, no luck.

ORLY? It worked perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy S but now I have the same problem as above, also most games I have don't work on the Streak. NFS Shift has the exact same issue as Gangstar.
What's up with gaming on the Streak anyway?
Gameloft usually comes out with two versions of apks for their games; omap based cpus (firmware droids and galaxies) and the other for snapdragon devices. Directly going to the wap site of gameloft on your android phone should let u know what games are compatible for your specific android handset.

Gangstar seems to be a little different.
I have Ashpalt 5 HD and Assassins 2 working fine, but Gangstar still has the above issue.
Working on it though.
I think the above poster is correct in that it's finding the correct APK.

Just seems to be Gangstar unfortunately but hopefully with enough trial and error we can uncover the correct APK.

Basically rebuilding the code to work with the Android system. Not easy, needs to be done from the ground up.

I'm sure it's possible for any game, but you have to think about processing power. GTA3 was a ps2 game, released in 2001, and it can BARELY run on most android devices now.

One, as stated above, that game will probably never run on an android device. And two, you are asking a LOT. It would take a team of people months, if not over a year to get it working.
Have you tried installing a bochs emulator and installing the game on the image lol :-D

Doom would probably be possible people already have it running on Playstation Portable if I remember correctly they even had Quake II working and I'd bet money the EVO 3d is more powerful than a PSP.
I had Doom running on my iPod Nano 1G with iPod Linux. Doom is possible and easy to port (from a developer's perspective) because it is open source and the game engine code is readily available. GTA III is closed-sourced. Rockstar did not port the game themselves; a different company did. Rockstar is the publisher and distributer.
Well, i could play the original KOTOR on a comp with much much much lower specs then my evo, and yes i tried bochs but it sucked. gta3 works swimmingly on my evo 3d, and its ported from the pc version not the ps2. thats why pc cheats work. so, as i said, any dev able could really earn some money.
Please stay on topic, i was talking about KOTOR not Doom.

I used to play the old Doom on my MOTO ROKR E6. The phone was great with only 312Mhz Intel PXA 270 processor and 4MB RAM and 8MB internal memory. It was also able to play NES,SNES,PSX,GBA etc on full speed. Duke Nukem, couter strike and old DOOM were ported to it more than 4 years ago. It was also able to run some windows versions using DosBOX. The phone was expandable upto 2GB but a kernel made it to support 32GB sdcards as well...........
The only reason for such compatibility that I can think of is that all those apps were designed to make use of the CPUs full potential.

I highly doubt that the 3Ds processor and GPU are powerful enough to handle games like StarWars.
The Xperia Ray with a single core @ 1GHz play GTA 3 flawlessly, but the Gta 3 lags like hell if we run it on the 3D with both cores @ 500Mhz (Same game DATA was used in both phones)
IMO Evo 3D @ one core will lose to single core Xperias......

But porting a game to another device often requires emulation, which requires about 2-3 times the processing power as the original game did.
So again, just to be clear, unless you have say $50,000 or more to pay a team of workers, this isn't going to happen.

thats weird, my evo runs fine with gta 3. must be your evo. don't tell me that the evo runs gta bad, it runs it ine with me even at one [email protected], just tested. its definetly enough to run kotor. well, what do you have to do to port a game? how hard can it really be?

Well, does anyone know how whatever company rockstar paid to do it did it? even better, link me that company. do SOMETHING, don't just tell its impossible without naming reasonable reasons why.

I didn't say it was impossible, but it will be expensive just to create a game emulator for one person.

Which GTA are you talkin about? The old old one or the newest one? I know it would take awhile to build and port it over if you start from scratch on the touch input and everything else graphic wise...

The only people who can actually port - in the real meaning of the word - are the people who made the game, because they have access to the source code of their software. No one out here can "port" the game.
If you want them to be run via some emulation software then thats a different story. But even that is asking too much from a phone in my opinion.
