Need Help ,problem install JJ's HYBRID ROM v4 (Hotfixv5)

Hi all,
I'm new user for xperia ray , my phone is 4.0.2.A.0.62 version and rooted.
i tried to install JJ's HYBRID ROM v4 (Hotfixv5) and do all wipe data but i forgot flash Hotfixv5 (12-4-2012) .then I rebooted my phone ,it's stuck with sony Ericsson logo, could you please help me ?
in CWM recovery, you choose advanced/fix permissions.
you should have attached your post on JJ's post
did you flashed a new kernel, if not get one from sirkay's post then reflash rom.
if you already have the kernel, the boot up after v4 takes about 2 to 3 minutes. be patient and it will boot up
if not, reflash again
just one thing, 'wrong kernel'. shouldnt have sony ericsson logo, its sony logo if u flashed the right kernel

I'd suggest as a start posting in the ROM thread instead of cluttering up the forum.

I stole his wifi
maybe thard should use/abuse his phone first before posting. it looks like he didn't even touched wifi itself, and he should have read the features and changes on ICS
poor guy, didn't bother to research
I think i have the same problem. wifi is not working at all in my Arc S.
Tried ArcKnight RC 3.5.1_OC kernel and currently with MooDed V1 and still no luck.
ROM JJ Hybrid 3.2 Stable + Hot Update and nothing...

You need to use flashtool to root and unlock your bootloader.. once you archived that then you can install the ROM you want..
Flashtool can be downloaded from this link..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=10738287
ICS ROM link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29001043
You need to find and flash FXP132 kernel for the above ROM to work... also make sure your baseband is .71.... good luck

I think you have to flash the gingerbread .ftf. Here is a guide how to flash stock rom by rachit.rc96, search for it
Edit: Meant this one, but don't do the relock bootloader procedure. Just flash the gingerbread (4.0.2.A.0.42 or .62) ftf...

1) Yes you need to, but if you want to root again flash the .42 and do an update over the air (ota updates only on locked bootloader!)
2) Try it without, if you can start it and everything works, it's great :good:
3) Yes you will loose root and you have to root again.
I recommend doing a nandroid backup using cwm first and backing up all apps using Titanium Backup to restore them if you can't keep your data

3. Yes, and not all gb firmware can be rooted.
Flash rootable gb firmware, root it, install cwm, and upgrade to latest gb via ota if you want.
