Huawei Firmware U8180
wiki.modaco.com/index.php/Huawei_Firmware_U8180 dont work this page!any page?
plz i need Firmwares for my U8180
okay so after about 3 hours of googling and searching for a way to flash the stock firmware onto my phone as i was unable to get into recovery mode and would only get the hour glass symbol which seems to be frozen, i was 100% there was no help to be found only people asking the same questions as me, links that were dead, links that lead to nowhere and worse links that went to those ask/answer websites fuarrk those are annoying!
this page seems to give some fruitful results for me
http://androidz.jimdo.com/roms-x1-u8180/roms-u8180-x1-gaga/
by the way if u trying to search for firmware on the official huawei site dont bother theres nothing there, that was the my first direction thinking obviously they should have their own firmware on their site but obviously not
if the links for the firmware above gets deleted anyone can pm me and i will send u a copy of the firmware

go to sammobile.com in firmware section and download according to your country firmware
Use Odin and download everything you have said users above me.
Of course, the backup will not be able to recover if you lost, but you can always go back (even the obsolete 2.3 Gingerbread)

You don't have to download from samfirmware which hosts using hotfile.com (which has been shut down as you've found). Look on AndroidFirmwares.net or Samsung-Updates.com, hopefully you can find a live link for the firmware you need.

Good night everyone , hope someone can help me solve my problem, i've tried all i could but i can't seem to fix this.
I used to have my Huawei GR3 Rooted, used kingoroot and then replaced it with SU, then i unrooted and flashed stock rom C328B126, phone stopped getting otas around this, so after a long search i found that i could get the otas manually with Huawei Firmware Finder but it only had from C328B128 onwards... no problem here, managed to find the full rom and install it, thing is, that program doesn't have the otas from C328B129 to C328B132 it says they are no longer on the huawei Hicloud server which finally made me give up, so my question is, is there a way to force my phone to download those otas or will i be stuck forever on C328B128 since i can't do the ota update order ?
EDIT: Found the solution, had to download C328B133.
Regards
RD

There's a app called Huawei Firmware Finder, you can either download it on the playstore or google the windows version, then search for the firmware on it.
Take not that you need the B128 installed cause it searches for it, not the B126.
I'll pm you with the link to save you some work.

Hey, i have a Huawei GR3 Tag L21C328B128, it's not rooted. I used Firmware Finder, i found the latest firmware, i followed the instructions, the phone reboot, start updating then it shows an error.
My question is, do i need to root my phone to get the update with FF ?
Hy, I am in search for Vivax tablet tpc 91203g stock firmware. For the past week I had no luck in finding it. So I am asking good people here - does anyone has or knows where to find original stock firmware. My device is hard bricked and this is the only way to bring it back to life. Thanks in advance.
I dont know motherboard number because it is not easy to open the back cover on it. Because I cant post links here if anyone needs specs I will send pm.
Okay, I managed to Open back cover and found out motherboard id. The problem is the right firmware is on the pan.baidu server which I cannot download (believe me I tried). Can someone here download firmware from baidu and upload it somewhere else?
Hi everyone,
I've been looking around Google for some way to change the Android version on my Mate 20 Pro from the Vodafone (UK) version that it originally shipped with, to a completely stock Huawei UK version. Mainly to stop the constant want of bloatware app updates that Vodafon want to push to me despite the phone being unlocked and not on Voadfone anymore.
I've followed some directions huaweiadvices(dot)com, and I belive I got the correct firmware download from FirmwareFinder (I can't post links, but will PM them to anyone who can help). None of the methods shown in the above article worked for me, in anyway. I'm either getting a "file not found message" or it just not doing anything at all.
The version I'm on is EMUI 10.0.0.196(C432E7R1P5). I've got a Drive link that I will share that's got screengrabs from the phone with details.
This is the first time I've tried to flash a phone, I'm completely lost and need some help; so if this is on the completly wrong board or has been asked before, I apologise. If anyone can point me in the direction I need to go, or let me know if its even possible, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks
