Voodoo Sound settings - Atrix 4G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wondering what others have found to be the optimal sound settings for their Nexus S 4g.
I'm currently using +3db for volume limit and headphone amplifier and medium bass boost.

I kinda went with all stock options and I activated the bass boost. Sounds really good with my ear buds. But i think that's voodoo doing its work.
...on another note its not a good idea to post questions in the Dev forums thats what the Q/A or general forums is for. But your new, so learn and live.

Thank you, and I apologize for the mislocation...

Not development, and the question has been answered. Thread closed.

All your noobish questions shouldn't be addressed in the Android Development Section.
I mean, come on people, if you don't know what the hell is overclocking, than wtf are you even doing here?!?!? It takes two seconds googling to find out, and if you can't even do that...
Leave this section for the developers, not for NOOBS !!!!

It might be a slightly stupid question, but you gave a completely retarded answer. Get off his back, he's mabye new here, and wanted to learn from the pro's. This place is not only about the devices, but also the community, and you aren't helping either.
OT: Overclocking is when you increase the frequency on your processors clocks. This gives your device more power, since is has more power to work with. OC'ing can also be dangerous for your phone, and CAN eventually kill it, if it isn't clocked properly. If it's unstable, it's not a good sign.
Netfilter are, correct me if I'm wrong here, codes injected into the kernel. These codes makes, ex., tethering possible.
Undervolting is when you decrease the voltage given to the phones hardware, in order to save the life of the battery. This also gives slightly to much less performance.
Hope you understand my explainations

Bull****. Undervolting may cause instability in low frequences, but just like overclocked CPU works at the best of its performance on an non-overvolted FSB, undervolting does not affect the overall performance of lower frequences.

Request to Mods: Please move this thread to X8 General.

Sent from my X10mini using XDA Premium App
With a simply "search" you would have find all your answers and however Development forum it is only for Development issue such Rom, hacking and so on, it is not meant for Questions.

[Q] Noobish A2DP development question

So, I figured I'd ask this here...I'm trying to delve into the world of Android development and my first attempt to program is going to focus on 'spoofing' A2DP connections (Example, making my BT car stereo think my HTC Evo 3d is something other than it is)...
Anyone have any helpful hints to get me started in the right direction (perhaps A2DP spec documents and/or sample code...?)

[Q] Looking for "echo" Iphone app for Android

a few years ago, my friend showed me an app on his iphone that was pretty awesome. it requires a headset with a built-in mic and the app takes the surrounding sounds and repeats them in your ear. It is kind of trippy because the sounds all start to build up and freaks you out. Anyways, im trying to find that app and if theres one for Android
Thanks guys

Bluetooth issue with Flapjaxxx UCLF6 rom?

Sorry for not posting in the development forum, but since I am a newbie, forum rules will not let me post there.
Possible issue - I installed the Flapjaxxx ICS IMM76D UCLF6 Base Build #4 rom, and still didn't have GPS, so I flashed the stock UCLA radio to get GPS functionality. I thought everything was perfect, but since then, my family has complained that my phone conversations sound garbled... If I shut off my Jawbone Icon and speak directly through the phone, they say it sounds great. But when I am using the Jawbone, they describe it as "being in a tunnel." My Jawbone is a couple of years old, so a friend said it could just be getting old and plugged with pocket lint... But the timing of the issue cropping up after rooting to this ROM is suspicious. Has anyone else had bluetooth problems? Thanks!

Good.
The only threads in the development sub-forum should be ROMs, mods, and radios anyway. If you have a question post in the Q&A section.

speaker quality

anyone think the front speaker are poor quality? I feel like the frequency is easily peak in the mids and highs. This was never a problem when I own the HTC one M8 and playing with the M9 the speakers was really good. I am not sure how to fix this problem, if anyone know how please discuss.
Chord, check out this main thread for subject discussion and info... mine seem normal.
