I have made these themes for our CM6.

2. White Ginger (Full version released) Download from below attachment.
Both themes are inspired by Gingerbread theme

Method: Download zip to sd card. Then install through CWM as flashable zip.
Requirement: Samsung Galaxy3 with cm6.

Why bootloop? You did something wrong I guess. Before I use update.zip, took a copy of the "stock" cm6 framework. After that all I did was use root explorer and copied the framework back to /system/framework. And it worked!!

Try changing permissions. With root explorer. User read and write and everyone else read.

Hey beloved G3 Community,
I wrote an app for changing the theme of your Galaxy 3 easily - this means without computer, cable, Root Explorer, ADB or Terminal Emulator.
Root + Busybox required!
How does it work?
- Put the framework of files of the desired theme to sdcard/Theme
- Check the parts which are included in the theme
- Hit Apply -> Phone will reboot and the theme is on your G3
In v1.0 the app does only support the framework files (framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk and android.policy.jar).
Changlelog + Screenshot + App in second post.
As usual, no guarantee for bricks, melted phones or your device turning against huminaty.
And finally... Do not include this in any ROM without contacting me.
Hope you'll find it usable!

great stuff .. yeah it would be nice to have a preview first before applying the actual theme and also add a backup button so you can backup the stock theme in case you want to go back to the old stock theme.

the preview will come to GreenMods POX v.1.0 or in 1.1, but its only for POX because you would have to modd the app

tried your app i was on lestatious 2 build 1.7 and tried to install erebos theme but got stuck at gt-15800 screen so am installing fresh rom will try with that thanks for your efforts this would be a very useful app

I think in the Erebos thread the porter was saying that some people got stuck with that theme in lestatious... So i think it's the problem of the theme. Maybe you'll try another?
Thanks s3th ill give it a go. Havin to flash a new rom gave me a good reason to try out some the new roms but gonna go back to lestatious i thinks irs the best fit for me will try with spectrum theme ;-)

Have a look at the changelog in 2nd post. Themes system app support is coming in v1.1, maybe this week if i find the time. This is no promise for sure.

This theme supports 1% battery mod and enables extended power menu & 5 lockscreen mod.
Install this from cwm recovery.

I dont know, i havent tried indroid 3.0. Compare the screens..
Doesn't work on XXJP4. I had to learn it the hard way (Reboot Loop). I flashed again 8.2.1 over that and it booted correctly. Should I reflash 8.0 to make it all right like before or is it ok as I reflashed 8.2.1?

just go to system\framework and framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk copy this two file and paste sd card its done.
Instal update.zip. That's it

if ur phone is root so just use root Explorer for kyrillos rom v7 theme if not then use update.zip

Should I only apply kyrillos theme v7? Without any other thing? Can you give me pls the link for it?
if you want the kyrillos framework and you want 9 lockscreen mod you have to pick a theme with 9 lockscreenmod (maybe use the one from dhirend as a base if you may) and then copy all the png's from the res folder in kyrillos theme to the res folder from the theme of dhirend just overwrite them you can just use winrar to get the res folders in and out
btw the twframework isnt changed.. you only have 2 do this with the framework-res.apk

No but it easy to do just use Miks 6.5.8 CM7 and theme with zunes miui theme thats all it is, i just did it took five minutes here is the mink to miks ROM make sure you use the stable version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=946354 , use zunes miui theme, i attached a apk file also you can just flash this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1189723 thanks go to zune for the theme, i dont like to flash so i just use the apk file and use theme chooser , I will also attach a miui boot animation, to change simply use root explorer take the zip file i attached rename it bootanimation.zip back up your original animation and then replace the original in system/media file. I also attached screen shots bam you have the same thing you see plus im guessing a much faster ROM
PS i also attached qq launcher it has a mor miui style interface i prefer adw ex but thats up to you

How to install: go to recovery mode and flash zip.I not responsable if you damage your phone.
This theme work 100%.When you open market or other you see different circle with red and when you download you see different dowload bar.Font will be change(i like this font).If you dont like something suggest me what i change.If my theme dont work just flash default theme.
Note: This theme is not copy+paste like others.If my theme dont work flash defalut theme.

if you install this theme on other rom dont work.Work on stock rom
i uploaded font polo brush.Extract zip and you get font Press thanks button
DXLA and DXLB firmware are using different systemUI.apk and framework-res.apk. using both file from older firmware will make our device got bootloop. so, what rom did you use to test this theme?
