It's VRtheme so it shouldn't matter...just replaces one image

I was able to do it with the Xposed Framework http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401 and used the Sense 5 Toolbox that work out for me.

For installation, just install as normal apk, and then select wallpaper that suited for you,

Without root you can only download from Play Store another Lockscreen.

If you're using any of ckpv5's JB ROMs you do have an option not to use any lockscreen.
Without root, do what xpirt said

it seems its time to unlock bootloader and root... although i must learn how to, cause there are some Hboot which i still dont understand. With Sony - you must unlock bl, root, install CWM, put the zip on sdcard, wipe and install.
You can try a remove lockscreen app from the play store

You don't need this app when running myONEdx+.. the ROM itself has an option to have No Lockscreen.

My phone(Xolo A500) is not supported by cyanogenmod, so i was wondering if there was any other way to apply their themes
on my phone.
Mine is ICS 4.0.4 and i cannot use themer too.
I'm bored of the old look, and there ain't much roms for this phone.
So is there any way to theme it?

If your phone is rooted, you can install xposed framework and try hk theme manager. You can use CM themes with it.

Gravitybox and xposed should do it but sadly xposed for Lollipop is still in Alpha.
