I found in this topic:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=967666 But it's not going to work on my ROM, and this theme (exactly the same of the image) it's just for the stock rom.
How can I get this for my Rom (GingerDX - v11)?

yes it's probably possible.. but it's a launcher mod.. so.. yeah.. personally i don't like your additions, just go for LauncherPro or ADW.Launcher? they're much more friendly

Is it possible to get the other messaging and contacts icons which are not on stock but are in most custom roms. I hope you know what I mean.
Otherwise: watch the dock.

Well, it could be about ANY rom. Almost any launcher, though I guess that it's launcher pro. The widgets look as though they were made with minimalitic text. Good luck!
