I originally ordered from Amazon but my order got delayed like 7 times so I cancelled and ordered from Wirefly. I actually paid 179. But $49 that's crazy, I definitely would have waited if I knew I would save that much lol

I paid $30 for Best Buy's buy-back program and I always manage to find a way to get full-upgrade pricing, so, all of these numbers are meanings and pretty much not based on reality, especially to me. I'll be getting my SGS2 (unless the NexusPrime info is dropped so on) for -$150. So I'll be able to get whatever the hottest phone is, get the buyback option, an otterbox and pay off my bill. Then call and tell them to remove the activation fee and complain about the terrible signal quality all over town (it's true) and then get a $25 inconvenience fee...Sprint also has at least 1 material contract change a year (and sadly I suspect many more coming...much more serious ones) so that also adds another chance for a free phone with all the options in a couple months.
...I would prefer to not do that last part, Sprint really needs to get their **** together. I'm still considering jumping to T-mobile if this merger actually (but doubtfully) gets stopped. If jumping to T-Mobile might give your customers a moar barz you've really gotta get your **** together.

I think you would still be ok with the 3vo, however I would probably hold off judgement until then... By then you might have a solid Nexus Prime release date.
If it has ice cream update will definitely be a evo killer lol, but doubt it and it looks like an update thunderbolt when you look at the device id is almost the same as the thunderbolt (really nice device loved the screen on the phone)
If you don't have an Evo3d well you don't have an Evo3d

I would wait for the upgrade to get it on the cheap, but consider that we are just coming out of a round of processor releases, and if the last two cycles are any indication it will be about 16-18 months before anything that would count as a legitimate upgrade to the 3d will actually come out, so you'll be pretty close to another upgrade by then.
also in response to thread: really? i mean, we have 1.5ghz processors already and i dont think resolution has proven itself to be the metric by which phones live or die.

lol dont quote me about $$ i have been with sprint for about 12 years my bill was fine but since some of the recent changes my bill jumped about 100$ now for some that's not much but for me that's a major change. + looking back at my the 4 lines data use over the past 12 months .. only 3 months out of 12 have we went over 2 gigs a month for all 4 lines . unlimited data is nice IF i could use it. i use my phone for work i NEED my phone to work when i need it for emails calls etc etc
with sprint and there lack luster data i have just about lost 3 clients .. because i could not or did not get the emails i needed ... today was the last straw .. i have been battling this problem since the evo4g days ... nothing has change and imho nothing will out of 4 towers in my area 2 have been down and the other 2 getting super taxed ... ive talked to the so called techs and ll just want to replace my phone THATS ALL THEY EVER WANT TO DO ... its not phone its the service ..
so yea if i can save 90$ a month on my cell bill and not hit my cap on data im gone .. besided my buddy is a rep at another company that can get my 4 android phones for 97cent a pop ( not cheap phones either ) not dual cores but still good phones .

I picked up my EVO 4G LTE on the 1st weekend it was out for $99 at a sprint store. I got a killer deal and some discounts and my old EVO was not even ready for a full upgrade at the time. Sold my old Evo on ebay for about $75 so I walked away with a steal.
Got to know how to shop and deal these days, I'm afraid.

I received a set of nice Beats headphones in the mail from HTC today! This was really a nice surprise and wanted to share with XDA. Jellybean and Beats headphones from HTC in the same week!

I have no idea. They just arrived at my doorstep via ups. It came from HTC fulfillment dept addressed to me.

Think about it a lil longer you'll figure out why u got them... You likely said something to then on facebook, Twitter or email and they got your address in return...
I believe someone on here got something from them a few months ago about the same kind of thing happened to them.

Yeah because you have to give it to them at some point or else they wouldn't be able to send it to you.... They don't just hand things out to random ppl... Typically they are sent to ppl bc of responses in social media or to CS reps at HTC...
Shoot em an email they should be able to find out. .
