Tried booting from magldr and stuck on green htc screen forever despite of replacing rootfs after renaming it by deleting sdmagdr also replaced startup txt. Although its a great build, it's just not to my liking. I don't like the fact that everytime I.plug my phone into my ps3 it freezes my system and the phone rebooted with no USB support and non working leds

there is only one annoying thing related to the copy-paste operation via usb cable , when i connect the phone to the pc and try to copy anything to the card , it shows that every thing is ok , and the files i need are copied , but when i open the file manager in the phone i find nothing , as if i didn't copy them .....
any idea ?

I want to try your ROM, but want to make sure first that it will boot with MAGLDR, I currently don't have Windows installed on my HD2..
hey been using ur rom, its fast and FC free(like most of ur roms ) but i have two issues:
1. gtalk doesnt work(cant sign in, it times out)
2. i cant get the bottom soft keys like the ones displayed on ur screen shot
keep up the good work man, i come online everyday in hope to see ur new rom (i dont like sense much, its too laggy and seems like an injustice to the HD2, the phone with many faces)

I'm sorry for all the delay with my builds, but i currently don't have an hd2. All of my roms will get an update as soon as i get a new one which will be within the week. And with a little luck i hope to be able to update winbuntu. Thanks for all your understanding.
For those of you that have greatly enjoyed my roms and my themes...
I unfortunately still don't have an hd2, but i will finally give you all a reason for that. I am in the process of making my own tablet and i had to sell my hd2 for money for said project. It has been a very long and grueling project, but hopefully it should be done within two months or so. I won't be giving any specs just yet, but keep a heads up for it and know that as soon as it is done i will be selling them and continuing my hd2 development with cyanogenmod. If my timing is right i will be working with cyanogenmod 9 stable release. Thank you all for your understanding and see you soon.

There is no flash, because still there is no cold boot for Android.
Just unzip and copy all files to your SD card. Than go to file explorer and run Haret.exe from your phone and Android boot will start. First boot will take some time to create data store, just be patient.
To return to windows just power off your phone, and power on, windows will start.

NemanjaLO, can you tell us the rom and radio version that you are using to run it? im trying radio 1.71 and get stuck in the htc boot screen. i've changed the resolution in the default.txt and the logo apears bigger than the screen.

i've got wm6.5 rom (build 21812 but i forgot which cooker made this) and radio 1.71 and first boot took about 5minutes (mostly on htc screen) but now it works quite good

I have the same problem, take my pin code and it tells me its wrong...
Works great, but slow bootup time. Because of the BACKUP and the filesystem change. But it looks great, better than Andriod 1.1 !

I use HTC Touch Dual(NIKI*) 21827 Aku5.0.60 WWE v2.11{2009/8/7} of Sun_Dream. Do you have any idea?

the only way to get it pass the pin problem is to remove the pin on windows mobile. Go to the phone config on windows mobile and remove the pin so the phone don't need it to stat.
for the hero to work you must copy all files to the root of the sd card

If you use sms, try this: "I suggest you download another messing app like chompSMS or handsentsms if you want fully functioning sms because the HTC messenger is not 100% it will send sms but it will tell you it failed even though it really went through." Zenulator.
Because Hero Android sometimes has lag I suggest you to install "Advanced Task Killer" (you can download it from Android Market).

This is my first experiment at bringing a new build over to the Touch2. I have also merged the Internet Explorer from build 28230 so you have the newest UI with the newer IE parts. This operator replacement rom has been on a diet since the 23541 build. I have replaced HTC task manager for ArcSwitch (for compatibility reasons) and added HTC Wifi Router. Otherwise this is as HTC/T-Mobile 1.33 without branding. Been running this on my handset since Wednesday and I've been fairly happy with it for everyday use.
Remember to set the device locale, time and align the screen post install. If you do not (the first two) Windows Marketplace will not work.
Usual disclaimer: This works for me and is offered with the best of intentions, but I am not responsible for any device damage or anything else as a result of using this rom.

I'd very much like to try this. I've been running the 1st version of your rom since it came out and it's great. I want to know, is the scrollbar in the dialler really gone like we see in the image? Cause that was among the few bugs the other rom had. Also, how about the volume animation thingy? With those sorted out, this would be the ultimate rom for our Touch2. If however these 'issues' are still present I wouldn't see much of a point in trading your other rom with this one

The main appeal of this one I feel is for the people that hated me adding extra apps / want the newest Windows build. The scrollbar in the dialer is gone, I removed it system wide as the majority of modern apps allow finger scrolling (can be switched on again in registry). I was not able to get a replacement dialer that was unskined. The audio animation is not resolved however.

Almost perfect, but just found a bug with this v2. It didn't happen on earlier version (Build 23541). I have a reader when view the menu and that white box stay there. It won't go off until reset or remove battery. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, and yet still have the same problem. I'm going back to build 23541. perhaps it's bug in the reader but never had this problem on all versions.

It's a feature of 6.5.5 themes - some have rounded buttons (the default) some square, others none. Search for 'Livven Gloss' themes, and try the theme editor to create a buttonless bar. You'll probably want to reduce the font size too - it's 1050px, but looks far nicer at 800px, the old size. You can use SKtools to change it.

Ok i will explain it to you! you can give the money to da_gnarf so he can desepair with it! but the day after when when you switch on your phone you will find wp7 on your HD2 you may feel little pain in the ass ! dont worry about it! it was just da_gnarf passing by last night
Ubuntu & Winmo7 are still in alpha stages. Few things work. If they work, they crash easily.
Read the reviews of WINMO7 ... souunds like a bad Windows Vista: no apps from WINMO 6.5 will work. Limited hardware choices for manufacturers. Ultra-tight copyright border-guards everywhere. Won't work with latest Flash.

HOW TO: Put WP7 on your HD2
1) Download and flash a task29 ROM.
2) Download and flash SPL 2.02.0000
3) Download WP7 ROM from xda.cn, extract, rename it halechk.bin, place on SD card.
4) Flash it.
(I am not responsible if you actually do this )
Buy HD7 and take the screen from the HD7 and assemble it to fit perfectly on the HD2 using scissors, and don't forget to cut out the "Windows Phone" logo and solder it to the back of the HD2 case, you can also dual boot android using the same procedure with the Desire HD, and then just solder the logos on and off to change OSs.

BTW, I forgot to mention you don't have to change the screens if you're looking to dual boot, it seems the HD7 and the Desire HD use the same screens!, how convenient!

Maybe I don't know the whole story, but from what I have read.....
Even if there was an available ROM, it's hardly even worth putting on your phone.
Why do people wish to make their phones do less.
I am not slagging on WP7, but I just don't see why all the fuss to load a locked up OS.
Wait 6 months or even a year till all the watchdogs in the sofware are nix'd and the XDA team has had a full go at working the bugs out.

Currently it's still in pre-alpha stage and "not'' fit for daily use.
The ROM has been ported from Galaxy Ace(GT-s5830)(by Jusada) and is a cyanogenMOD 7 based ROM originally made for the HTC Desire by the AEDesign Team of China. The ROM is an exact replica of Apple's iOS with all its visual features.

Flashing instructions -

I didnt use any kitchen....
Just use apktools to decompile files....
would be willing to try it but the link you put up wont open tried on more than one computer using firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer any way that you could post a new link??

EDIT: Installed but the 3 hardware Buttons arent working anymore :/ after reboot the buttons are working???
EDIT2: what did you fixed with the vibration? sometimes my phone doesnt vibrate, does this ROM have a fix for the issue? would be very nice!

na forgot, but its working after one reboot everything is working just fine, but whats with some accents colors which looks better with the Blue background? i dont like the blue background with the colors in the ROM maybe you can add more background colors like that blue? or an image, never saw an app/tweak to change that ugly white/black to an mabye more beautiful image
I'm Glad it's working!
I will add white and grey accent and some new themes in the next rom version. I personally use the cobalt accent
i'm just doing some experimental tests to see if windows phone load an image instead of just a color as background.
I will return here with a result later...

sry if im asking but whats new? ;DD is it longer/shorter? im not really focusing at the vibration pattern when using my Phone ;D
EDIT: after restarting my Phone with charger in it is in a bootloop :/
EDIT2: hard reset and its starting normally ;D

okey, i cant remember the old one but i think its better now ;D, will try your ROM till i found too many bugs (i dont think so ) or till you have an update
about the Bootloop thing, its not ROM related, my Phone restarts multiple times when charger is plugged in ;D i dont know why xD
so far, nice ROM

I saw at the first post Rataplan helping here and i am pretty sure the rom will be just fine. Rataplan can make a roms even his work is the best for my opinion . And other very important thing, he is polite member ready to help in every moment he can

im using it till yet, waitin for a new version i found a bug when turning off the sound for notification, the phone doesnt want to vibrate on some messages :/
even when sound on im having this bug, hope its not my phone which is wrong
so far no errors or something like that, stable ROM (not like many android ROMs out there xD)
