recently i bought HTC wildfire with android v 2.1
some applications required root access...
how to get root access?
i google it , found that no root access in v 2.1 onwords,

You need to flash unrevoked root, you'll find it somewhere here in the wildfire forums.

I am using z4root to root my xperia 10th,but it shows aacquiring root shell,then application just shutdown and it does not reboot my phone and I have confirmed it by clicking on bsynod it says your phone is not.rooted.
Then, can anyone please tell me is xperia arc Rom for our x10 is usable or not.
How can I increase internal memory of xperia x10,how can I flash my x10

Use flashtool or superoneclick to root
Now I have try to attempt it again with different z4root version,now it automatically reboot it,but when ever go to busybox it says root it not installed

You can't use z4, you need to use a flash tool

No, it doesnt. I followed the thread about rooting 2.3.3 in the dev section and used flashtool. Got it in two attempts, so not too hard to do.

I use a lg optimus p500 which I rooted using gingerbreak. Recently I updated my phone to gingerbread 2.3.3 official and since then I haven't been able to access root . Superuser is still available but says su binary z outdated and I couldn't update it yet searching for advice nd solutions

where did you get that from? i have updated to 3 and i still have root access.
i updated mine and it showed device not rooted had reflash rom again

There are the several methods described in the tutorial and guide pinned at the beginning of this forum.
Thr most easy and Quickest way is to Unlock Your Bootloader and install a Custom Kernel

No need to unlock the bootloader for rooting.
Look in the pinned rooting guide by me, there's a link to a tutorial how to root 4.1.B.0.587
