I have a X10 mini with this ROM: 2.1-update1 -- .504 and this build 2.0.A.0.504 and this baseband M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006
Then, I tried to update baseband applying this ROM: [ROM] MiN-05 | Clipped Stock Eclair 2.1.1.C.0.0 | 25/8/2011 that have this baseband M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
following the steps, my phone had to be like this:
Model number: E10i
Firmware version: 2.1-update1
Baseband version: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
Kernel version: 2.6.29
[email protected] #1
Build number: 2.1.1.C.0.0
but, in the end, everything got updated except baseband
My x10 mini is now like this:
Model number: E10i
Firmware version: 2.1-update1
Baseband version: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006
Kernel version: 2.6.29
[email protected] #1
Build number: 2.1.1.C.0.0
tried these one here too: [ROM] Stock 2.1.1.C.0.0 w/ Root but had no success in baseband
Does anyone knows why this happen?
I tried a lot of threads, since september 1st... nothing helped me
An update.zip does not change your baseband & kernel, neither a backup file. Just Pc companion, SEUS or Flashtool with a .FTF file

Just hoping someone could claify what the firmware was the uk phones shipped with. i have flashed mine with the multi EU one that was on samsfirmware but am intrested to flash it back to the uk one just to look for more differences for myself ect.
does anyone have the name of it or where i can get it?

Just upgrade your phone to the latest Sony Ericsson firmware using SEUS or PC Companion
My phone have the latest update to CLARO, Brazil (SEUS returns: your mobile phone is up to date).
Any other way?

It's the best way. You'll lose root and xrecovery though, so you have to start over.

then i updated by kies
it changes to
ANDROID 2.3.4
baseband version: I9100UHKG4
KERNEL VERSION:2.6.35.7-I9100UHKI2-
BUILD NUMBER: GINGERBREAD.UHKI2
then i rooted by CF root
CF-Root-SGS2_CE_XEN_KI2-v4.2-CWM4.zip - [Click for QR Code] (6.29 MB, 2247 views)
all went good,i got CWM and SUPERUSER ICON
but their is LAG IN switching screen and loading widget,i see every widget load one by one now..
now it show version as
ANDROID 2.3.4
baseband version: I9100UHKI1
KERNEL VERSION:2.6.35.7-I9100CEKI2-CL586309 [email protected]
BUILD NUMBER: GINGERBREAD.UHKI2
I want to know what mistake i made in doing it

I belive you have to flash the UHKI2 stock kernel again, and the phone will continue rooted...

Try a reflash of your current ROM or a new one. I recommend miniCM7 for stablility or GingerDX, they require an unlocked bootloder though, I think miniCM7 before 2.0.7 will run on stock.

U can download the firmware from sammobile.com .. search the firmware under ur country/region..
U can flash any gingerbread version under ur country
