[Q] Help, HC 3.2 stuck on HTC Logo - HTC Flyer, EVO View 4G

Hi there,
I´ve accurately followed the guide to install HC 3.2 on my Flyer.
Step by step.
Now, when I want to boot my Flyer I always stuck on the green htc logo.
Which informations are required, that someone of you could tell me what the problem is?
Here some informations:
It´s a 32gb with 3G.
At first I´ve done a s-off and rooted it with revolutianory.
CWM is installed and runs.
I´ve unlocked it with the htc site to unlock the bootloader.
I can install a ROM with cwm.
I hope someone of you could help me to solf my problem. I am missing my Flyer :-D
Sorry for the bad english!
many greetings
Tobias
PS: I attach a photo, it is from the current state.

Hello
Reboot on bootloader
Select recovery and flash the system.zip (classic flash)
Sent from my HTC Flyer P510e using xda premium

Hi,
thank you for your answer.
"Reboot on bootloader
Select recovery and flash the system.zip (classic flash)"
That is what i have done. After that i choose reboot system now.
Then the Flyer reboot and stuck on the htc logo.

Edit:
When I was following the instructions from the guide.
On the Flyer was a 2.23.405.3 version.
Could this be the problem?
If the answer is yes, how can I fix it?

No....in recovery
You choose "install zip from sdcard" and select stock-hc-flyer-system.zip
Edit. Wipe data/cache?

It is good

Hi,
I also did a Wipe.
The problem is still there...
I stuck in the htc logo.
Could the problem be, that I first used 2.23.405.3?

Flash again the HC boot with fastboot, don't reboot, choose bootloader then choose recovery, then factory wipe, then wipe dalvik cache, then reboot

THANK YOU geek78,
your points solved the problem.
Now HC runs perfectly on my Flyer.
Thank you!!!

1.) would it overwrite all the CWM recovery program? also clean up the problem i had?
2.) just curious when we install CWM recovery (i use the htcevohacks.com for hboot 1.5,used CWM4.0.1.4) is it on the partition of the phone right? , can that be wiped, then reinstall new one?
Try turning off fastboot. I know I've done that a few times.

Clockworkmod 5 sucks. Use clockworkmod 4.0.1.4 or even better. 4ext recovery. Twrp also sucks. Just my opinion .

[Q] HTC EVO 3D boot looping post kernal install.

i have recently unlocked my 3d via the htc method. I had viper rom and the stock kernel on the phone. I tried to install a new kernel(anthrax infected v9). I wiped the cache and the dalvik prior to installing the kernel, post install.zip the phone is in a continuous loop. Performed wipe of all data. Tried flashing rom and kernel again, it failed again. Asked a couple of friends what might be causing this. Found out my phone has hboot 1.5 that requires flash through fastboot. How do i fix this, please help.
Need to boot in recovery with ADB or GUI app
Sent from my PG86100 using XDA Premium App
Get into fastboot by taking out battery then [power+volume down] till it loads. Once there connect to computer and use adb and type "fastboot boot recovery.img" where recovery is the name of your chosen recovery. The recovery file must be in the same folder as the adb.
Once in recovery you can flash anything. Once you have booted a ROM I would recommend downloading flash image gui from the Market and use it to flash kernels or ROM with custom kernel. Good luck. hboot 1.50 makes things just a bit more trickier.
Recovery file could be any where you want "!

NOTE: If you took the latest 651.5 update, you have to stick with kernels that have that as a base (for now).
You are likely not flashing the kernel/rom correctly. See the Guide/flashing notes in my signature for a walkthru that will likely help.
I have a similar situation. Had viper rom up and running and then it just up and quit and now it's in a continual boot loop. I'm no where near a windows CPU that I can use fastboot for the next 40 days. How can i fix with my tablet?

Hey, I'm getting similar results with s-on unlocked.
Using 4ext recovery control, flash the v11 rom (superwipe), goes into bootloader, installs, warns about boot change, reboots.
From then on it loops the HTC splash, black screen with the buttons backlight, reboot.
Flashing the boot.img using fastboot doesn't make a difference.
Any ideas?

You may need to go S-OFF as well.
Otherwise, try a different ROM.
If you want to stay S-ON, I can recommend the KingCobra V1.2 or V1.5 ICS ROM.
Both are stable. V1.2 still has beats support, V1.5 is a newer version.
However, V1.6 won't work since you're S-ON.
Good Luck!

Read carefully my previous post,
Flash the v11 base ROM with SMARTFLASH ON!
let it reboot
Boot back to recovery
Flash v11.1 update with SMARTFLASH OFF!
wipe cache and dalvik
Reboot
Reboot into recovery
Flash v11.2 update with SMARTFLASH OFF!
reboot
Done
REMEMBER THAT SMARTFLASH MUST BE OFF FOR THE UPDATES
I ran into the same problem and this method fixed it

Here's the ROM I'm using: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1647674
It's KingCobraICS.
However, download version 1.2 or 1.5.
1.6 will NOT work if you are S-ON.
If you want Beats audio, download version 1.2.
If you want the latest S-ON version, download 1.5.
This ROM is very stable and I've been using it for a long time!

Another possible fix
Download mwakious rom v7 base
Once downloaded get the boot. Img from the folder
After using previous steps to get up to v11.2
Use the fastboot flash boot boot.img command (cant remember if this is the exact command just check to make sure) to flash the boot from v7.
This is the last method i can think of hopefully u can get this rom running or you could just stick with whichever other one you chose

^ This. If you can't boot v11, then do this method. So flash v11 and then v11.2 and use the boot.img from v7 and flash it with fastboot. It will work without a problem. Worked for me. But remeber to turn off smartflash when u flash v11.

All you have to do is flash it the same way you would flash any other Rom
I presume your using clockworkmod recovery?? Although I'm fairly certain the steps are the same on other recoveries
Put the Rom on your sd card. Boot into recovery. Then make sure to wipe data, then wipe cache partition, then wipe dalvik cache. After you've done those three steps click on install zip from sdcard, then choose zip from sdcard. Then just find the Rom you want to use and flash it
I'm sorry if the above is what you've already tried
Also before you flash the rom. In the "install zip from sdcard" section there is something called "toggle signature verification". Click on that. Sometimes when a Rom doesn't flash I click that and then it works

If you've already got it installed then whilst your phone is turned off hold down the home and power button. This should boot you into recovery. Then just follow the steps in my previous post
If you haven't got it and need to install it then the easiest way I found was to download an app called Rom Manager. Inside the app there should be an option to flash clockworkmod recovery

Step 3
Use the Volume buttons to select up or down. Highlight Fastboot and press the Power button.
when I press the power and volume down, i get the options:
<back>fastboot mode
<send> sim lock
if i press back and goto fastboot mode it gives the options:

<menu> reset device
and as suggested in the step 3 when i press the power button, nothing happens , what should i do here??

HTC One stuck on boot screen

Flashed down viperRom one after rooting my phone. I restarted the phone and now its stuck on the boot screen. I cant hard reboot with volume-down+ power. Computer wont recognize it. Any thoughts on how to get somewhere? Anywhere?

In my experience, being stuck at the boot screen (not to be confused with the bootloader) is due to an incompatible kernel. Make sure you flashed a kernel built for the same Android version as the ROM.

I am having a similar problem. I unlocked the bootloader and have TWRP, rooted, and then flashed the Bulletproof Kernel then wiped cache after flash. Now when I turn the phone on it shows the HTC logo then goes to a black screen and just hangs there and eventually reboots and hangs on the black screen again. I do not have a ROM on the phone storage and am working on trying to sideload one but am having a little trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
