Hey guys ive been searching around and played with some kitchen tools and i want to fine out if theres any tuts on how to build a rom for the LG Optimus V? or what tool will work for this phone? in short i want to port my own roms. any help getting me pointed in the right direction?
hi im new to the s3 (bought yesterday) im wanting to root it for several reasons but im struggling where to start ive been searching a while on here looking for the right cfw and tutorial i have the i9300 its network 3 running version XXDLJ1 can anyone andise me which would be the best cfw to use and a tutorial please thank you for any advice given its really appriciated as it will save me risking bricking the fone cheers guys

Dont get me wrong ive tried to find out my answer myself but now i am in the confused stage.
I have a l9300 and all i would like to do is root my phone so i can remove all the bloat ware on the phone i dont use, and thats it, i dont want to do anything else as im happy with the stock android i use (4.1.2).
Can someone point to me in the right direction. Honest im not being lazy but as a newbe all this info is making my head hurt.

After rooting and installing clockworkmodrecovery (CWM) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1781899
you can run ROM Cleaner script which will remove all the bloatware of your choice.Read the OP(originalpost) and follow the instructions

Hello I have just acquired an Asus Prime TF201 and i want to root it and install a custom rom as i have on all my other android devices, perhaps i'm being a little blonde at the moment or i'm unfamiliar with the layout of the development section but i am unable to see a decent guide as to how to accomplish this.
Is there any right way of rooting this device ? Could anyone loan me any pointers please?

I recently rooted my phone and have been trying to add custom roms and customize it to fully take opportunity of what rooting brings
but i cant find any roms for my phone, or maybe im not looking in the right places. granted im not an expert at this
but i somewhat know what im doing. So right now im like " I just rooted my phone, now what?"
any help would be appreciated!
