Is it possible to edit the call screens that show for outing, incoming and during calls?
I've increased the virtual DPI so everything appears bigger on the screen (much easier to read small text). But now all the elements that make up the call screen overlap one another. So I need to resize and move some of them so it looks decent.
Running Mini CM7x Pro on X10 Mini Pro.

don't really know if this is in the realm of possibility or not but what I'm looking for is an app that could change how WinMo displays alerts (new SMS, email, reminder, missed call, voicemail, etc.). I guess mostly I want my Touch Pro 2 to show alerts similar to how Android and webOS display them, in a ticker at the top or bottom of the screen. it gets annoying having to exit all the way out of apps just to check a text message and the current Sense UI alert format takes up half the screen and requires attention for dismissal.
it wouldn't really have to change much except maybe the dimensions of the default alert box so it isn't so big, maybe about as large as the task bar is. and then i would need it dismissable on a timer or on any touch of the screen and a tap on the alert would show the whole message.
not sure if i'm asking too much here, or if there is something out there for this i didn't find, or for something that really isn't possible but after noticing how HTC changed how alerts are displayed through their Sense UI, i figure it's not out of the realm of possibility. i, and i'm sure others, would greatly appreciate an app like this.
oh and i'm personally using a Verizon Touch Pro 2 with the latest MightyROM Rhodium Official ROM if that makes any difference.
Hi,
I just upgraded from the x10 mini pro to the latest mini pro. One thing that's bothering me is how on the first screen (with the unlock slider) it shows notifications for missed calls and text messages. I use apps other than the original ones to deal with these functions but even if I have read a message in Handcent or looked at the missed call in Dialer One the only way to make the notification disappear is to go into the original application and view the message or call. Is there any way to change this behavior?
My x10 mini pro never had this issue. If I read the text in handcent then the notification would go away.
Another thing that's bothering me is the small size of the clock on the home screen. I like the size and style of the digital clock on my old mini pro which btw is the same as the clock on the start screen (the one with the security slider). Any way to get this one on the home screen.
Thanks in advance, everyone.
same here
after upgrading to 2.3.4,
facebook notifications wont go even i have read it already.
sometimes missed calls for days ago appears there even i have read it.
It however vanishes itself suddenly which i done nothing on it.
seems to be a stinky bug on this version
I don't like the digital clock widget of xperia mini either. That's why I use the one from my old xperia x8, which looks the same as the digital clock widget of the x10 mini. Here's the link:

Thanks, that clock was just what I was looking for.
1. Whenever I choose a background on Handcent SMS it doesn't give me the option to crop it, it's all blurry and ugly! Does anybody have any idea on how to fix? I've never had this problem on any of my other phones.
2. Whenever I use Ringdroid or some other apps, it only uses half the screen and the bottom is black. Are there any settings I can change ?
Is is possible to get the incoming and the in-call screen to to be big? I have some photos(synced from Facebook) that take the top half of the screen which is fine. But the ones that I used from my gallery are way small . Also is is possible to get that bar that is on screen when on call with the name and number transparent?
Hi, is it possible to change the font and its position in the incoming call screen? I would move it in lower position e change it to bold font, because the words and the photo caller are mixed up. Look the screen (there's no photo in this case, but when it is present the words are unreadable).
