I'm running the latest CM7 nightly on my Droid Incredible. I have the paid versions of both ADW and Launcher Pro, but at the end of the day I always go back to the stock Gingerbread launcher. It's fast, minimal, and it just works. My only complaint is that that launcher2 only has five home screens, and I would like seven. A Google search brought me to a launcher2 mod over on XDA that has seven home screens, but whenever I press the phone shortcut I get a message telling me that "this application is not installed on your phone" (the mod is from the Samsung Epic 4G, I believe it's looking for the Touchwiz dialer and not the stock Gingerbread dialer). Would it be possible to mod the stock Gingerbread launcher to have seven screens and a working phone shortcut?

Did you try to push the file using root explorer or just install the apk the normal way... the instructions say to push it via root explorer.
Hit thanks if I helped please!

I pushed with root explorer. I think the problem is that the launcher is looking for the Touckwiz dialer, not the stock Gingerbread dialer.
Did you change permissions ?

I've been using my new launcher since yesterday and it's great, though I've found one small problem. starts, like when I power my phone back on in the morning, the widgets on the two home screens on the far right disappear. Again, this is a small problem and other then than that the launcher works perfectly.

Can you try clearing launcher data? That may fix it.

I cleared launcher data and unfortunately the problem still persists.
EDIT-The widgets also disappear if I connect my phone to my computer and turn on USB storage.

K. Could be some code I missed. Will look at it later. Although I'm pretty sure widgets were sticking on screen 6 fine for me earlier when I was using it.

That did the trick. I rebooted my phone a couple times just to make sure and each time my widgets were right where I left them. Thanks again, gtg, you're awesome.
Does anyone know where the wallpaper folder is on the S3? I'm wanting to edit some of the default wallpapers, but I don't know where they're located.

I was looking for a "how to guide" on how to make themes for the app, but I did`nt come across any here.
So is there some sort of template or guide somewhere that lads like me can use in order to make some themes for the app, cheers.
there is a video guide m8 probably the easiest way to do it is to download a theme and get used to changing things around to how you want them ie change the wallpaper, icons etc

I'm having problems with themes, some of the widgets are not aligned properly, I try to do it manually but is not working, I just recently moved to SlimBean from Omega, no problems on Omega, I guess it's the DPI SlimBean uses, should I go to the next bigger DPI?

Chances are it's DPI issues, Themer was designed to work only on stock DPI as well as the supported resolution. We will consider changing this in the future though.
Any chance for a more advanced tutorial?
I am sure Themer got so much to offer that wasn't cleared on the previous tutorial

One more thing, my theme is based on chrome , so can I add my own weather icons and text in the same chrome?

YES! That tut did the trick, thank you, I`ve another question, would it be possible to add the custom text as chrome, I`m fairly handy with Photoshop, can I make my own font and style, then add it in Themer?

If you can make a .ttf file then yes just add the .ttf file you make to MyColorScreen-Themer-EverythingWidget-CustomFont
Then you will see any .ttf files you add in fonts on themer

I`ve given up on the custom font for now, thanks for the info though.
I`m trying to set up a badge foe my signature, link to MyColorScreen, how do I do that?
Edit: I managed to get a temp badge up, also my theme seems to be up, but on the preview screen on MyColorScreen, the default screen is the left home screen, how do I get it to be the main or middle home?

To set screen 2 or any other long press home screen when widget's are locked and select +/- home screen there you will find 2 columns 1 for number of home screens and 1 to select which is the default home screen.
IE: for a 3 page theme and default screen as 2 it would look like in my screen shot

Hi !
I'm looking for an alternative to xSuite (or Resflux but I'm not sure because I never test it) but adapted to Lollipop in order to rename my apps and/or change their icon. xSuite doesn't work properly for all in LP, I saw that it works for some people, but not for all. Resflux, which apparently does the same, doesn't work too.
xSuite has the advantage to change the name or the icon of an app in the entire device, and I didn't find something equivalent for LP.
Thank you

I know, but not like xSuite. With this module, the changes are made in the entire device and the entire app, in contrary to Nova or anything else.

I am curious, why you want the MiFavor launcher??? there are plenty of better launchers for free in the Play Store!!! and extracting that could be a problem in case it uses specific ZTE libraries.
