[Porting]2.3 SE x10 apps for x8 - XPERIA X8 Themes and Apps

I am porting applications from x10 to our x8 devices and later make a rom for it. For now I have ported 85% of the dialer.
Here are some screenshots and apk
Here are instructions how to install it:
1.Download Contacts.apk from the attachments
2.Transfer it to your SD Card
3.Using RootExplorer copy the file to:
System/App/
4.Then long click on Contacts apk and select permissions

5.Then set the permissions like shown on the screenshot:
7.Reboot your phone
Now you should see two new icons in your app drawer for contacts and dialer
Please give me feedback. This should work on any 2.3 or later android versions. ( I have not tested if it works on 2.1 and 2.2 but it probably wont )
Soon other applications will be ported and then made as a rom.
UPDATE:

Made the bottom bar even smaller. Fixed the dialer so it will extend to all the wight . Added letters to the numbers. fixed the size of quck links ( when you click on a contact picture )

I have made the bottom bar smaller and also almost fixed the contacts view

yh u can a bit, i was thinking myself they were a bit 2 big. If its possible can u move them a bit down so they r in the middle of the blue box..?

hi everybody
i've installed it and it's nice but i've deleted phone.apk (DO NOT DO IT) because it is a service which brings telephone to x8 xD
now not to reinstall all the rom i've put phone.apk in /system/app folder
but NOW i've to know which permission needs
pls go to root explorer choose phone.apk and post here what permission it has

you have to put contacts.apk in only system / app
not in only system / app / Folder

Don't worry, all your contacts will remain in the phone book. The only thing that will change with this contacts.apk it's the UI of the dialer, phonebook, log and favourites. Nothing else is changed/affected.

Great work man just continue this way and maybe is better to tray porting from
xperia mini it have same resolution as x8
