Hi all,
I am wondering if we can stream the 3D video instead of downloading it to the handset?
It seems that the streaming doesn't support mp4 (maybe I was wrong, but it showed didn't support this type of video in the player) or the streaming player doesn't have the 3D function?
thanks
Does anyone know how to burn .mkv 3D movies to play on a 3D TV?
yeah use nero and make sure all your codecs are up to date
Anyone know which players support mkv format in 3D?
The built-in player cannot play mkv format; vplayer supports mkv but 3D
Or anyone know how to install codecs for the built-in video player?
look like impossible
Have you tried RockPlayer? I know that it's capable of playing both mkv and 3D videos. Pretty sure I've played a 3D mkv video using it as well. Been a while, so I can't remember for sure, but it's worth a shot.
Vplayer dont wirk on cm7 Sent my trollpital bed
MX Video player works great at playing MKV files

You can also install the ARM 7 codec to improve performance

Yeah, MX player works and is what I use.

This player cant play 3D. Or can? How?
I believe Mobo player will play them.
No. Only one 3D player is default player. Unfortunately. Or not?
if you already have a 3d video downloaded from youtube use bsplayer. it plays all formats.
if you want to watch some chinese 3d video download 3dvplayer.only mp4 format.
Try this...

Since we do have 3d video playback on cm7 so far, anyone find a video player to get it working? Youtube 3D videos work and toastcfh said 3d video playback works.

The built-in video records 3d mp4 files, with side-by-side frames. I have tried some video rippers (e.g. DVDFab9) & converters that produce the same thing, but they appear as side-by-side frames, not 3d. What is missing?
Have tried both the built-in video player and MX Player (which properly plays the recorded 3d videos)
Addendum: the native player will play a side-by-side video as 3d if you force it into 3d mode.
Still ... it will recognize the videos recorded by the evo 3d as 3d without forcing it, and the MX Player will too (and it does not have a "force play as 3d" button).
