Was curious if anyone has any price information on evo 3d with the 150$ discount. If no official info best guesses would be appreciated.

What's the point? Your guess is as good as anyone elses.
So what's your guess and we can play hot and cold......
the price should be $200
logically just look at the price of the new nexus on sprint. evo 3d should be somewhere between that price and $100 more. But a guess is just a guess. Wait a few weeks for an official announcement
I predict 249.
Tapa tapa tapa
It's going to be at LEAST $250 with new contract. Could be more.
New contract - $199.
2 year upgrade - $249.

Yeah 250$ was my guess as well.

The Epic was $250 when it came out. And it was not that advanced of a phone when it came out when you compare how groundbreaking and revolutionary the EVO 3D is.
Guessing (and hoping) $249 with new 2 yr contract or after $150 upgrade and rebate.

But the Evo 4g was gorundbreaking upon its release and was $199. I see your logic but if you are trying to imply the E3D will be more than $250 based on its specs compared to what is currently on the market because of the epic.... well apples and oranges
$200, $250, or $300 (see droid charge). Doesn't really matter what we guess though, since we don't have any say in the pricing. If you just want to know how much money to save up, then prepare for the worst case scenario.

save up $500. Then you can get the phone plus some accessories. Don't forget the extra battery!!

Samsung is proud of their devices and feel they need to charge more for them. Case in point? See Droid Charge. One of the many reasons why I'll not own another one.

If you are eligible for a 2 year upgrade then you should be paying the same price as a new customer.
The Sensation is $199 with a new contract at Target mobile. Would not surprise me one bit if the 3D follows suit.

Any guesses as to what the full price will be for the phone?
599.99 no contract and 299.99 for new contact and 199.99 upgrade?

^^^^ This.
Might be 249 like the Epic with 2 year, but more likely will be 299ish because of the 3D.
I'm going to have to buy it full price, so i'm hoping its not more than 600.
199$ new contract I heard but I'm adding second line with two year contract

I will be selling mine a couple days from the release of the samsung gs2. So around Sept 7th (hopefully ). I just bought it a week ago. Had an extra upgrade and wanted to be rid of my epic.

Check craiglist. I found a used one for $220. Works great. Had to drive 30 miles to get it.

I'll be selling mine as soon as the Galaxy SII comes to Sprint.

They OP has been on XDA for a while - I would imagine they want the phone, I don't perceive it as a troll thread.
I just got one off ebay for $320...

Thats a striking contradiction. You wanted to be rid of your Epic, but you are gonna get an Epic 2?
Sent from my PG86100 using XDA Premium App
Why buy a used one? With all the discounts and offers available at Sprint, just about anyone can get one for $50... many times FREE. Are you concerned about the contract?
Mike
Wellllll, first order of business, not a troll thread. I am genuinely interested. Secondly, I can't get any other offers because I only qualify for the $75 off credit on Sep 1st. I also have the Epic, it is breaking and so instead of paying the cash for insurance I would rather put it towards the 3d, which I want... I will look on craigslist and elsewhere. I just would rather buy from xda member because I feel like I could trust that the phone was taken care of. Thanks for all the replies.
There are 3 for sale in the market I believe

Do what I did. Add a new line, trade in your epic and get the 3d at the discount price minus the trade in. Then put the new line on seasonal hold. They kinda of goofed mine up and I think took the new line off ha-ha.
I got a 3d for 50 bucks and I'll be paying like 100 or 150 to have the line taken off if it does show up on my act.
Radio shack was offering a trade in, was to be 100 dollars but hey gave me 165 for ny EVO shift.

Epic 2???? Let me put it a different way. Wanted to be rid of the extra bulk of the physical keyboard which I never use and to have a slightly larger screen. Also something a bit faster. After getting the 3d, I actually love it, but I still may use the upgrade for the gs2.

Thought I would say hi. Got my EVO 3d today and it has just finished charging so taking it for a run. Had the original Desire before getting the XPlay in January on a great deal. The Xplay kept rebooting so sent it back as I read online that it was a hardware issue. Got my second one a couple weeks later which also had the same problem so sent that back too. Got 3rd and final one which did not reboot, but did go absolutely nuts when I typed a message. It would type by itself, open my apps, my phone app and call numbers randomly. As a result of 3 Xplays being crappy, I said I wanted something decent. Saw this(3D) on their(dial a phone) website and they said i could have it so jumped at it. The phone might be getting on but I figure that as i am on a 12 month contract with 3 already gone, I figured what the heck. Got the Xplay at £36 per month for 12 months with 6 months free by redemption. So effectively £18 a month for 12 months. Due to the problems with the Xplays I got a month refund and will be pushing for a second too, so most likely paying under 200 quid for the phone over the course of the contract. This will be my interim phone for the year as i assess what WP8 will look like. Until then I am going to have a load if fun with this phone. Just thought to say what's up

I feel the same, I haven't had a decent HTC phone since my HD2 broke (bought a cheap pre-owned Wildfire S which was too slow for my needs, then thought it would be good to be "different" and try the ChaCha... Big mistake!), and after foolishly choosing a Galaxy S2 on contract, I swapped it for an EVO 3D and 50 pound cash, best thing I could have done .
Ps welcome back .

I'd like to conduct a survey. First of all, almost ANYWHERE on there EVO 3D forums you will find someone with the combination of these two devices:
1. HTC EVO 3D
2. HP Touchpad
So, LIKE MYSELF, ARE YOU A 3VO AND A HP TOUCHPAD OWNER?
Me!!!!! I have a Touchpad running CM9 I've also noticed that people have that combo _
Sent from my MetroEvo3D powered phone .
Then VOTE!!!! XD
I tried to get the Touchpad for a while when it went on sale but all my orders were cancelled and I refuse to pay more than $150 knowing that most people got it for $100..so I'm a proud owner of just the EVO 3D
got em both
yup. i have both of them and an acer iconia a500 and a galaxy tab 10.1...do love the touchpad
Yup

I do, love it. Except I'm ready to get my upgrade and bail on the phone.
Snagged a 32GB while it was on sale during the crazy firesale that went on. Took a lot of refreshing and searching local Wal-Marts, but both my brother and I got our hands on one (for each of us). Must say it is an exceptional piece of hardware for the price.
I got the touchpad for £89 and the Evo 3D for £200
Both were complete bargains for the spec!
My other phone / tablet are HTC desire and Moto Xoom

Yes. I bought two touchpads during the fire sale.

Got a touchpad shortly after the firesale for $100. Best money ever spent. Shattered my screen on my 3d about a month ago, and getting a galaxy s2 from asurion as a replacement tomorrow. So sadly I will be leaving this combo group. Hopefully I enjoy the galaxy s2 as much as my evo.
I have the HP Touchpad and the HTC EVO 3D, and I preordered the Google Nexus 7!
I got a 32GB HP Touchpad for $170!

Agreed. I was able to get a 32GB HP Touchpad for just $170. I must say, thats the best $200 I've ever spent.
I own both but that may change soon. I just bought an Acer icon is 500w and I would own the sg3 if it wasn't for me just paying for my summer vacation. I hate this phone personally. My original evo was much better and I only paid 100 for the 3d.

I own both and SHOULD be getting nexus 7 soon too xD
I tried getting a hp many times. HP left a real sour taste in many people's mouth with how poorly they handled the fire sale, especially for the hp employees. After playing with one I'm not sad I missed out. Guess I would have to see a rooted one with a custom rom for the final verdict. Plus know what the majority of people paid for them I refuse to buy one at rediculous prices. I've seen them for $200-375, no thanks. I'm happy the way it turned out though. I love my toshiba thrive with full size ports. I can do things most tablets only dream about.

Once owned a 3d, now an epic touch, soon an old evo. As far as tablets, 6 ipads in the family, can't beat those microcenter prices.
There is a huge promotion for the S3 right now on Virginmobileusa.com
It ends tmm at 7am or until supplies yet. Its 20%off meaning it is only $320 plus you get $70 on your account balance. But you have to activate a new number but its still worth it.
I am sad to say I am leaving the evo but I am giving to my brother. Thanks to all the developers for the hard work and everyone else for the help.
