Where's the Epic Touch 4G forum... Or is there not a dedicated forum, Yet?
I'm well aware of the SGS2 section but there's no cdma section allotted for devs (I know phone is being released today but I'm certain the NS4G and Hero had a CDMA section before its release)

It was better than watching paul sr and paul jr going at it (the Teutul's) american choppers . All we needed was micky, seriously it was more fun than the troll thread. I have a question, obviously using different PRL's is illegal to spring, Verizon, ect. They will ETF you, and I'm sure Verizon could take legal action if they wanted too. That being said, obviously its warez, why does XDA allow it?

The interpretation of warez is so vague that most everything in the underground can be warez. Its mostly up to discretion than anything else. It is not clear cut imo

Just seems like XDA deems anything they don't like as warez, and stuff that is apk.ed as warez. My point is, if you were to show these how to threads to Verizon and Sprint (which I'm sure they aren't stupid) I doubt they would say, "oh em gee, its ok.. let them leech off our towers.. its not like it doesn't slow down our customers haha1!1!1!"

I understand that, but their reasoning for why is flawed. "How to scam Verizon PRL'S" and "How to steal WiFi tether with ICS" is WAY more warez or just down right illegal. And I don't see them worried about it?

So many LTE threads popping up, please try and keep it in leftspokes thread or sorax64's thread, mods have been locking a lot of LTE threads lately and could spend the time doing more important things on the forums instead of cleaning up duplicate threads

It has always been XDA-Developer's policy not to discuss details regarding members publicly, but common sense should tell you it was not something that would have happened without a very good reason.
You're also posting on a private forum that was founded from the Netherlands, freedom of speech has nothing to do it with.

Wow!.... That's expected when a sore loser is involved. I remember I sent a few emails to htc. They responded me back with some answers with in 20mins. I asked them why they didn't market much and why their advertising was so limited in comparison to Samsung.
Their response was..
"We prefer to live upto or motto. "Quietly brilliant."
They emphasized that "the best advertising is word of mouth on customer satisfaction."
I think that's why we stick with htc.

I didn't take time to verify the story's authenticity, but if true, that is really, really low. I do hope it's not a story made up by HTC to make Samsung look bad (which I doubt, but would be pretty damn clever)
