Yes right now I'm with bell and want to use on MobiliCity
Unlocked phone will have no issues, unless they use different frequencies for 3g, you will also get 3g data.

Mobilicity's network was built in 2009 and currently maintained by Ericsson. The company also has a cell-site sharing agreement with Bell Mobility to share cell tower space in all Mobilicity zones. The network uses the UMTS IV frequency band, also known as AWS, to provide UMTS (with HSPA) service. Using this band, user equipment transmits at 1710–1755 MHz, and receives at 2110–2155 MHz. AWS is the same frequency as Wind Mobile and Videotron in Canada and T-Mobile USA. Like WIND and Videotron, Mobilicity does not have a 2G, EDGE, GPRS GSM Network.
Mobilicity's network is compatible with the same handsets and devices as Wind Mobile and Videotron networks, and UMTS handsets and devices offered by T-Mobile USA.

A Bell version of the SGS2 (aka GT-I9100M) will be able to connect to Mobilicity if it's SIM unlocked, but since it doesn't support the 1700/2100 bands, it will only allow 2G data speeds, if you want faster speeds you'll need the T-Mobile version of the SGS2 (aka Epic 4G Touch SGH-T989).
I went to MobiliCity shop they said no way you can use bell ver on our network.
Okay now my other question can i flash talus Rom in or firmware to bell Samsung galaxy 2?

you can flash any rom.. if you have rooted your phone.. if you have cwm recovery you can install any.. first you need to root your phone via odin.

Hey just wondering if there are upgraded modem files that can be flashed on this phone. Just got one over the weekend and unlocked the GSM for domestic carries. Only prob is that reception is horrible. Any help would be appreciated.
Using T-Mobile prepaid.

Hey guys, noob here, and I just recently flashed a ROM I found on Xda that supposed to be just like the droid razr. I am loving the ROM but something is confusing me. Sometimes my phone shows 4g LTE in the status bar when my phone should only be getting 3g from T Mobile. I checked on the guys page and I can't find anything on the subject. Is it possible that my phone is getting 4G coverage?

I highly doubt it since the vibrant only supports 3g now as for the t959v thats the 4g varient of our vibrant with a different modem if memory serves me right.
Though I have noticed my 3g speeds down right blow past my sidekick4g's speeds but ofcourse that might just be due to it being a sidekick4g >.>

No, i know what ROM you are talking about. It is a port from the Razr and the Razr has 4G LTE. When it says 4G LTE on the Vibrant it means you have 3G.
Thanks guys I appreciate the responses that's what I was thinking but just wanted to make sure!

I have noticed on the stock rom, 4.1.2 I get mostly LTE and 4g and rarely edge. I have also noticed on aftermarket ROMs the signal bounces around a lot. I'm currently running CM 11 p11, is there any way to get better signal? Or force it to only get 4g and LTE? I have already gone into settings and chose T-Mobile fast APN. What else can I do. Thanks

I'm guessing you were on att stock and liked the signal. Then you flashed a tmobile rom and now signal is different no? If you liked the att stock rom signal, then the modem or "Baseband version" you liked is the "I717UCMB4". If you check under "About Device" it will tell you what baseband version you're on. You can flash modems separately and find out which one works best for you. Just do a search for modems!
Ive tried a lot of stuff... I installed the stock firmware lollipop 5.0 with odin... and i just installed the update 5.1.1 and atill have this issue... ive been switching roms.... How long haven't you had lte? Could be updating/upgrading towers or an lte outage in your area
I got this phone 2 days ago on an exchange... the phone was getting no signal or data... i flashed tweaked on top to see if that fix the issue but i didnt know the phone was on kitkat... So after i figured it out i flashed the OB1 bootloader and modem and finally got my signals and data back... it shows 4g on tmobile based roms... but i just flashed an international rom and it shows H+ or 3g

4G is hspa/hspa+
On international roms you need change your build prop model to SM-G900T so it uses the tmo icons
