Hey guys i am using the cynogenmod7 rom for ace but i like the old stock diler and launcher on my ace but i dont want to change the rom
so please can anyone give me the apk or the titaniumn backup file of these two stock apps....

lol then use stock rom instead. some rom apk cannot be installed in another rom, it needs the rom framework itself to run. yes u can use an apk from samsungs default rom in another samsungs rom, but thats because its pretty much use similar framework. but cm is different story.
Transparent touchwiz launcher you find in theme and app section is working
But not dialer
Search the forun for "Touchwizzed" CM7 theme. That's the closest you can get.

Hi people I am using CM 7 by behradgh's CM7 and i want the touchwiz launcher, phone.apk and contacts.apk for CM7 is there any way i can have these 3 on CM7 i know the TW launcher is already there but in all I want my CM7 to look and have functions of the samsung rom with CM7 feature can some please help
Too bad , you'll have to flash back to Stock ROM because Phone.apk is one of the hardest to port

i don't think its possible because stock camera app is based on touchwiz 3 framework... and cm7 has a different framework...
Its possible if you look for touchwiz for cm7 download it follow instructions etc. Then download stock cam apk and it will work . It wotked for me (=

Ooh. So in order to modify the camera you have to install touch whiz? Does that mean the ADW launcher is gone? I don't want to go back to the stock look OR feel. Stock makes me sick. Lmao. I guess I can live with the normal camera or with the LG Camera.
Nope adw is still there you need to place the moddified touchwix in system /app and the libglcanvas.so in system/lib and the imporant one twframeworkresapk in system framework then yiu will need stock apk and place it in system /app then reboot

i know this is the wrong forum, but i've been lookig for ages. i want cm7 but i need allshare, aldiko ebook (don't like the market version), camera (stock lacking), music (notification controls).
any help will be much appeciated

No. U cant have stock & cm7 at same time. U hv to compromise 1 from them. Bdw galaxy s have official cm7.

You need to root your device first.
After that check the theme section, there are handful of good themes there

You need a cm based rom to get the theme manager which lets you install apks of different themes.

A launcher is just an overlay on current rom and is theming actually modifying the current rom? Is this correct?

You are partially correct themeing changes visual elements of the ROM by modifying the files responsible for those. e.g battery icon and so on.

But i dont want any rom.i just want themes in stock and no lanuchers.i want only black theme wich i use.and some fonts aur font changer.
Some more problum i have
1.navigon india is not work on my phone.
2.jbed.apk also not work so i am unable to use some jar files.

It seems you don't read instructions or you missed it,
-To install theme, you need ROOT access, you don't have to install any ROM
-If you have ROOT, go to theme section and look for the theme of your choice. Personally I'll reconnect ICS domination
-Navigon is not working for you, then update it in market, and if it is still not working, then look for alternatives in market. There are some alternatives out there.
-If jbed.apk is not working as well, just try the same trick as the one abovE.

As an alternative to a custom ROM have you tried changing the application launcher to one that looks like ICS? There should be ICS themes for different launchers.
Hey guys ,the tittle stads for it self. If one of our great rom developers on this section of xda would have a little spare time to port on touchwiz rom to our lg l7,that would be wonderfull,i'm realy big fan of touchwiz roms. Hope someone will see this thread..

what to do?
download this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1666384 i have the 4x5 on my phone.
then go to file manager copy the system apps to system app and the lib to the lib then u will see it's to big, then u make it smaller with paraniod.
paranoid --> apps --> touchwizUX launcher then make the size 202.
done ^^

does it include ,dialer ,caller id from touchwiz to ,or just the same old touchwiz theme ?

I found a rom in the polish forum who is a port of stock galaxy S4.Pretty awesome but gapps don't work and fc no matter i did.In the same forum ,developers has port more roms with a basic cyanmod,slimbean,etc .The names of this roms is Avatar.Much more we can instal LG stock UI with yahoo wether widget.

Update:i've instaled s4 rom and google play work now.Free memory is around 147 mb,without any tweak.Grafic interface looks very nice.
