Hi there,
somebody knows if there's a way to configure the Extended Power Menu?, I want to remove the Recovery and Firmware options and also add the Data Network mode option.
Any info and help is welcome.
Regards
would be great
any hints are welcome
it needs serious code editing, and recompile system files.
found an alternative as widget: Data Enabler Widget
works fine for me

Hi,
I don't live in the US and this phone GPRS settings are locked to AT&T. I've read several post to modify the regitry, delete key, etc. My problem is that whatever I do I get access denied.
I am currently using CeRegEditor 0.0.5.2
I've hard reset my phone...nothing works.
I would like to:
1. Remove AT&T wap settings
2. Increase the size limit for ringtones
3. Enable my GPS to use my carrier data plan
I know how to do all of these things, it just that the registry won't let me.
Also... can someone provide a link to GPRSmgr.exe file?
Thanks !
AFAIK we must using the sideloading .apk to popup the hidden settings @ NT and then choose the USB debugging options there, but we must redo it every reboot if need ADB access.
How can we set USB debugging as deafult? change settings.sql database?
and it'll be very good if we can access the whole hidden settings option as well . Pls share your experience!
Many Thanks
The easiest way to toggle usb debugging is to use either the tgps app to run and access the menu or use a custom shortcut button directly to the settings menu to toggle it every time. To actually change things in the nook code to fit our every need requires a ton of annoying trial and error hacking. Most people are just patiently waiting for the boot signature bypass so we can just push over a custom rom that has all this done already.

The app anycut is a great one that will create a customized shortcut to any place in your settings.
Check it out here:
(Android Market)

i think widgetzoid has an option to create an usb debug on/off widget.

Hi,
I've been trying to compile the original code for the power control widget from the "settings" app, but it won't because of the missing / hidden / internal classes,
I remember seeing someone with a modified Settings apk with more or modified buttons in the widget but I can't find the post anymore :/
Do you guys know how it can be done, do I need a special sdk or something ?
Thanks
No one can help ?

Hi everybody, I need your help! I'm looking for a way to set a "power menu" button in LMT. There is no default option to choose (I'm currently on Archidroid 3.0.1.1), so I was wondering if there was a terminal command (or key or script) to do that. Does someone know the activity path of Power menu, too? It could be another solution.
Hope to get myself explained, thank you guys
