The best rom for now and by far is the CM7 by Z and trust me all is working and very speed you just change Adw launcher for launcher pro and you get speed all another rom for now are just mix with bug and malfonction but they work hard to find the drop data in miui but Z fix this issu so you have your best rom now or if you want lose your time and your nerve try another or wait for so if you want stock with big optimization try wolf rom.i know some people come in to cry against me but it the true the onlyone with all working is cm7 by z but not for long time the small bug in their rom is so simple to fix i know they find the way ....or not

As far as I can understand from your uuhh... post... you are afraid of modifying your build.prop? You can back it up, and most of the settings in your build.prop wont brick your phone
1- the best rom is the rom that you like depanding on your needs ....
2-everyone will give you his point and try to support his rom here so you need to judge by your self by trying different roms and keep whatever you like.
3- this is the wrong section .....
Wrong section mate. There is no such thing ad the bedt rom, all roms are good. It's depending on what u want from the rom that should u base ut decision on.

Lol Tony. Your "rom" was froyobread with themes and a few modules. Stop flaming. As for the OP, if you actually got Dx's permission and you're going to develop and actually make this rom different, add stuff and basically actually develop it, good for you and good luck. Give the guy a chance.

OK first as stated above that is a theme not ICS. Second spend the time to learn what your doing before you do it or your gonna end up with a big brick that you can't do anything with.

I am searching tutorials but i cant find one that realy works for me since the Galaxy s Plus is new ..
If you just want to have the ICS look, you just need to install Go Launcher Ex and install a matching theme.
If you want to completely change the ROM and all features, best you can do is read carefully this guide fabsau wrote. It's Galaxy Plus especific, so if you read and understand that guide, you shouldn't have any problem.

Its a barebone rom and so the system apps was not included in it.. you can always move it to system/app from the download link he has given...

the best rom is cm7.2 by T.A. and MIUI RC3 by nims11 ( both are tied on first place )
they are the best roms not some random rom which has a superfluos name which hardly describes the crap features it has

its a custom rom closest to stock and way better than stock

the firmware version will be present there

Sorry i like to customize theme and want a fast rom for games i was thinking about the ultima rom is it fast and stable cm 10 don't look so beautiful or should I do the aokp rom does anyone got some experience with these roms

Dude... try em for yourself. You can either go for a Sammy based rom or aokp/ aosp ROM which brings you the feel of vanilla android experience. Just try some ROMs and see which one you like best. Read all the options available with each ROM in the first post of every thread and decide for yourself. Dont ask for which is best as each developer is trying hard to develops these and selections are based in every individual. One ROM which one person likes may not be much liked by a second person. Try some ROMs for yourself. Happy flashing!!
