Im having a problem with my wifi hotspot not completely turning off after I use it. the green icon stays on but the hotspot itself is inactive and cannot be turned back on unless I reboot. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hello. I have a problem with my O1 Wi-Fi tethering feature. After enabling it, the mobile internet connection restarts (the data indicator turns off, then on again). My phone and connected devices don't have net. Only the up arrow of the icon blinks in white. After I disable the tethering, I have to restart the data connection to have net again... Any help????
I am having a problem with my cell's wifi. I installed an att wifi app after that my cell's wifi turns off when it goes in sleep mode. i have to manually turn it on and then it connects. Previously before this problem it used to automatically connect without turning wifi on.
please help me with this i dont want to factory reset my phone.
I have no problems connecting to a wifi network. The problem is, every time screen goes off, wifi also turns off, even when i set wifi policy to "always on". Has anyone had a similar issue? is it just me doing something wrong? thanks in advanced.
Same problem here on CM10.1. I was annoyed, so I set wi-fi to turn of when the screen turns off.
If anyone has a fix for keeping wi-fi always on, please let us know.

I can't post direct to developer forum... so
I have strange wifi problem with this rom. Wifi switch is always ON and settings Keep wifi on during sleep is Only when plugged in. After reboot works everything well. Over night or after few hours when screen is off I turn screen on, wifi switch icon is OFF. It looks like wifi turned off, no wifi networks appears, but wifi works well. When I try turn wifi ON, icon shows in half ON state and works further well. Because of this, I can't switch wifi off. Then suddenly after few minutes/hours (randomly) wifi switch shows ON.

My phone is on the fritz with random restarts and occasional bootloops but I still need to use it somehow. Now it won't connect to a wifi network. When i switch wifi on, it either does nothing or the antenna icon in the quick settings blinks but doesnt connect.
Im on stock LG android 4.4.2, but rooted.
Ideas?
