Just wondering if the generic UK or world 2.3.4 ROM was available yet?
I installed the nordic version which seems identicle.. what is the big difference between the two?

I'm seeing a lot of different ways to update the xperia x 10 all I require is a simple update if I use the rogers update as is will it work without error. I don't want to root just want to benefit from updating.

You need to be rooted to be able to make changes, so would figure that out first.

LT15a is the American version i.e. with the American radios, while LT15i is the International version (and more common variant).
And I don't know the answer to the first part of your question. Sorry but I'm sure there'll be more people along the way to help you.

Yes you can, just remember your custom numbers in the build.prop file.

Flash 2.3.2, use gingerbreak, root. There's a thread here somewhere... search the market for 'apps in statusbar'( I've got it but can't remember the app name whilst on xda), voila.

Hi guys av been tryn to root my play using superoneclick but it keeps not responding is that somfing am doin wrong or is there a way to stop this happening. I was rooted but tryd a new rom n left me stuck on se screen

4.0.4 is not out yet only for Canada it will soon be out for the rest world wide so just keep waiting like the rest
