angry birds closes automaticly after loading to game selection screen. Any fixs out there?
Reboot the Touchpad, see it works.
Done that on mine today, looks like it ran out of memory - reboot sorted it...

Do you guys know where i can find an angry birds qvga version? When i download it from the market it says its compatible whit qvga devices (so it should work on wildfire) but the game its sooo slow and lags a lot. I'm using froyo btw.
It is compatible with QVGA, but the Wildfire is too slow (old hardware) to run it properly.
Deal with it.

Angry Birds works (Seasons and Normal), I have just installed both on and they work on my wildfire (froyo installed, and apps downloaded from market today - only received phone this morning ). Just make sure you don't have other apps running in the background and background updates as this will definitely slow things down. For others that can't get it working, when you boot up either version, you will get a blank screen, just lock your screen using the power button and then unlock and you will get to the menu screen for angry birds, probably a glitch due to the screen resolution, but still works! Yay! FWIW, the froyo update included an overclock if I'm not mistaken, and mine was on 528mhz before (not sure if this was the standard) and to be fair Angry Birds shouldn't be too much of issue for it.

Yes, it works, but not as intended.
True, but then the wildfire isn't in the same league as a Desire/Droid etc. It works adequately on mine. I also have a disgo 6000 which runs it no problem, however the widgets and background sync eat the resources up.
i have both angry birds, and angry birds seasons installed and both of them work perfectly fine. sometimes, i do experience a little lag during the gameplay but closing the game and restarting it, fixes it....
i had other qvga games on my wf and they works better. With angry birds all you can see are pixels instead other games looks way better. It seems like angry birds isnt for qvga... i dont know how to describe that in english, i'm sorry.
well, you should post some screenshots then i guess.....
btw there is one problem with angry birds on wildfire... when i open the game, after a while i see a black screen or sometimes only a black strip on the screen.. thats the timw when u have to lock ur phone and then unlock it. it runs smoothly after initial lock-unlock.

i dont think glu games work... at least ck zombies doesnt.
i have no problems with Gun Bros or Eternity Warriors, but Star Blitz wont even load. i didnt do anything special either, just download, install extra resources, ???, profit!

Same here. Game crashes on main menu. Very disappointing!
Ok, So I haven't really use the Tegra3 for games, and decided to try some games today and have been really dissapointed.
I have tried Soulcraft THD, Zenpinball, Dungeon defenders, GOF2 THD.
ALL do not work properly. I mean that in some way or other I get either a Force close, or some flickering/reboot when i go in a menu, or it simply won't load (stuck on loading progress bar).
Weird? normal?
Osmos HD plays just fine, why won't 3D applications from Tegrazone not work also?
Just needed to vent and hear if anyone had any similar problems.
Specific glitches noticed on my Prime (forced GPU rendering, Performance mode on/off doesn't impact how the games play).
Soulcraft: won't let me pass the loading bar
GOF2 THD: let me play at first but if I tap "options", screen flickers and force closes
Dungeon Defenders: won't let me pass the spinning/loading wheel at the beginning.
Reboot, retry. Works for me when I get flickering.
I had this problem until i installed Virtuous Prime 3 days ago and haven't had it since

I used to reboot before I played any 3D game...but then I started using Fast Reboot which does a fake reboot by closing and restarting a bunch of background apps. This seems to cure the FC/hangs. Sometimes just using Asus Task Manager to close all running apps would work too, but Fast Reboot definitely does the trick.
For about one year I played Angry Birds Seasons, Space and Star Wars on my Samsung Galaxy S+. Two monthes ago I installed CynogenMod 10.1 as my operating system and every game worked fine. Now when I run games I see only black screen, but can close "application window" ( black screen ) with return button. What's even more wierd I can still play normaly Bad Piggies game on phone. I've tried reinstaling apps, not helped.
Try installing these games from a different source maybe the apk files of the applications are damaged.

They were instaled from Google Play - you think Google would put damaged apk on their store?
It could happen, there is a possibility. Try downloading the games from elsewhere and install them manually to see if they work.

Games Like Chaos Rings Omega/1 and games like Guardian cross, all square enix games play for a few times on my device running freeza's touchwizless rom but after a while the game will not boot at all and shows a slight lag when pressing to launch the app. Has any else experienced this problem?
Apparently found my own answer again. Any Square Enix game will not work on rooted devices. Chaos rings, Guardian Cross etc will force close upon searching for superuser apk. Fun stuff.
