hi i am new to Xperia mini 10 pro.. Just started using this a couple of weeks ago... i have stumbled upon a strange problem with the camera. The phone reboots when trying to use the camera. The reboot issue is very random. happens sometimes and does not happen the other times. After the reboot the camera seems to work normally. I was just wondering if all the xperia mini and mini pro have the same rebooting issues?? is there not solution to this?? If there is please help me.
I have rooted and installed sony bread, gingerdx and other roms but it still reboots the phone.
Please help if someone knows the solution for this............

Hi all.
I got a litle problem with my X10 Mini.
After a freshboot i can only use my camera one time.
When i want to use it (start it up) a second time the phone crashes and reboots it self.
How to solve this problem ?
Try to repair it with PC Companion.

You can always do a full reset of your phone by going to - settings >SD card & USB mass storage...>Factory Data Reset!!

Hi i have a big problem with my xperia mini,
i runs great for 3 weeks now sine i bought it,
but suddenly the touchscreen and the back&home button didn't give any respond,
i tried to restart by taking off battery, and i didn't solve the problem
i tried to flash it with stock firmware .368, it also didn't solve it
is this hardware issues or what? any suggestion before i take it to SESC?
As most of the other users who have this problem, it's a hardware issue. Really, after 3 weeks, before you have this problem?
I have the same unit st15i and only a day before reaching 3-weeks. Hoping I won't have this problem.
What color is your unit and model made? (you can check it after you remove the battery) mine is 11w31m

My sony ericsson Xperia mini is having same issue, touch screen is not working and not able to switch off the mobile and applications are not starting when i click on application icon.
Did you get any fix for your issue ? please help me to fix the issue.
Try to repair the software with PC Companion. Click on Support Zone > Start > Repair phone. Just follow the on-screen instructions from here on.
If this won't fix your problem you need to have the phone handed in for repair at a service center unfortunately.

Check the post in general information about the touchscreen solution using a script. You will need a rooted stock Rom.
old issue,upgrading your st15i to ics will solve it,it's just a bug in it's firmware

I bought an Xperia Mini. ST15i, build number 4.0.2.A.0.62, not rooted. android version 2.3.4.
When I work with it about 5 minutes it begins vibrating. I think it happens when the device warms.
I searched in the internet and figured out that upgrading to android 4 will fix the problem but it is too battery consuming and reduces speed. I don't want to upgrade.
How can I solve this problem?

Just take it to Sony service center... Its a know haptic feedback bug due to overheating... The SE service center will fix it for free...
Or just search for its fix on Google... Its quite easy to fix it manually
Edit: you don't need to upgrade to ICS... it can be fixed on GB

not all can fixed by ICS
i have xperia mini and upgraded to ics but still got problem
but mine is little different..
when only plugged and hold the touchscreen and became randomly pressing..
and i dont have randomly pressing back keys/menu/home
only randomly pressing touchscreen
but when unplugged its became normal..
My Xperia U's touch is not responding most of the times while i switch on my mobile data. I have to restart it by removing the battery everytime it happens.
Please help me solve the problem
