Modify the stock music app - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey. I want the stock music player to show me list by "album artists" instead of just artists. Is it possible to modify the apk of the app or something like that in order to do so?

Can someone come up with a solution...?

Someone...?

[Q] Music App: Custom music folder selection

Hi,
I have total recall working on phone and it stores call conversations on phone, the problem is the music player also adds them in available songs
is there any way to restrict music player to look under specific folders only for songs?
or, if there is anyway I Total Recall can store files that cannot be seen by Music app (media scanner)?
To select a certain music folder yourll need a non-stock music player from the market like PowerAmp or something like that.Stock players dont give you much choice. My ROM has a call recorder but it goes where it goes so not much to say there sorry.
Ubermusic supports folder playing;-)

Need help for Music download, organize and play

Hi guys,
I'm looking for 3 apps.. one in particular..but 3 in general..
- for download music, I need one app that allows me to see the bitrate of the song before i'm gonna download it..
- for listen music, i already know about poweramp and n7player.. do i miss some other good programs? For me the most important thing is that the player must have the best sound quality and let me play entire folders.. in windows I was use to play music with mediamonkey..
- for organise music, the most important app i'm looking for.. I need an app that recognize something like "a% - t%" (artist - title) and automatically edit the id3 tags of multiple songs.. I mean, one app that just read the filename of the song and automatically tags the file.. in windows, with mediamonkey I was able to tag the id3 from filename and viceversa.. I already tried DroID3Tagger but the app freeze when I try to edit the id3..
Do you know the app(s) i'm looking for?
P.S. sorry for my english......

MixZing Media Player
I would look outside the play store for older versions because the newer versions have video ads

[Q] Modifying Google Play Music App

I enjoy being able to access my entire music collection in the cloud using the Google Play Music app, but there are several things about the app that I do not like and would like to change.
Specifically I want the genre tab to sort by artist name instead of by album name.
Does anyone know how I can accomplish this and other modifications to the app? I am familiar with decompiling apks, but not so much with smali code.

[Q] How can i make a app with different apps within it?

So basically, what i want to do is put a bunch of apps together into one master app. how can i do this? lets make an example: okay so i have google play music and MX player pro and i want to make one app out of it so i dont have a bunch of apps and i dont have to open different apps to listen to music or watch videos.
is there a way to do this, without any programming skills?
Thnx.

[Q] Music Player with folders?

Is there any music player that lets you make folders to categorize songs into? There are some in the play store that let you do this, but they look like the old android 2.3... style, if you know what I mean.
