So after updating to the official 2.2 my market downgraded. Idk the version but I'm having some problems with seeing my downloaded apps. When downloading the go super fast but when I go to see what I've downloaded only the apps I've bought pop up? So my question. How can I get the newest market, without rooting? Thanks guys

Hey guys, first time poster looking for a little help. When I was running 2.1 I had the latest version of the Market installed but now I'm using the Freex10 ROM to run 2.2 I seem to be stuck with the old Market (1.82)
Is there any way to force it to update or can I d/l the most recent Market from somewhere?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone!
I'm having a problem installing netflix on my Galaxy S Vibrant, I tried installing the two apk files that are have in this post and I get an error stating there's a problem parsing the package. I wanted to know if there is any way around that without having to mod it to cm7 or trigger, etc.
If anyone can help me that'd be cool and greatly appreciated.
This is my phone info:
T-mobile Galaxy S Vibrant
Firmware is 2.1update1
Kernel: 2.6.29
Build: Eclair
If any other info is needed please let me know.
Thanks

You need gingerbread.

The app only works on gingerbread, upgrade to cm7
From what I remember netflix works on any 2.3 roms. And yes the phone has to rooted!

I was hoping I didn't have to, it drains my battery life like there's no tomorrow

I modded my phone to cm7 and Netflix still isn't working on my phone, it tries to update but then fails. I've tried both the apk files and only the mod-2 installs.
Help? Lol

Same happens to me, asks to update. I hit cancel and it pops up fine.
Something about editing the build.prop to have your phone ID'd as a different model, then netflix will show on the market and you can upgrade.
Problem solved

this, running MIUI 1.7.8, just installed from market and it works without any issues.
I uninstalled the media client one and reinstalled it, that fixed it for me

Downloaded new Swiftkey beta and when I get to installation page, the only option that works is cancel. Thought that was weird and tried to install a few more apps with the same result. Have more than a full Gb of app storage space available. Thanks in advance.
