X10 looks best, from outside, as well as the screen. Camera is better.
But I think the others have better value for money.
Honestly? Don't go the HTC Desire, used one and it's not the best of phones. depends on what you use the phone for, everything? mainly calls? etc that will help with your choice. good luck with your purchase.

Hey guys. I am an user of HTC Wildfire currently and was planning to spend around 17000 INR on my new phone that I am planning to purchase. So, according to my budget, I thought Sony Ericsson Neo V would be the best option that I found so far. I wanted an advise whether to go for it or there can be better phones that suites my budget ?

Only other option in that range is Motorola Defy+... Neo and Defy+ both are great. Take your pic from looks when you see physically in the shop

HTC Sensation is annoying Battery life drain's so fast, Low Audio , not a loud phone , does not have a Keyboard im like for a keyboard typing on a teach screen is SO HARD !! X_X!! so i thought why not buy another xperia mini pro

they don't sell Xperia Pro here in Kuwait
i can buy it from UAE and ship it to kuwait But tthe warranty is what is bothering me
as for Neo or arc or arc S they are in kuwait BUT they don't have keyboards

I want to buy one between Xperia Go, Xperia Sola and Xperia P. I might think I'd choose between Xperia Go and Xperia Sola (As Xperia P ain't got any SD Card support)
I'm a total newbie. So please, experts, help me choose a phone! Thanks
if you are here i suppose you like rooting your phone, use custom roms, mods, etc so the first you need is a phone with unlockable bootloader.
You can view phone specs on www.gsmarena.com and their differences to chose one, but Xperia Go seems like doesn't have support here yet

unfortunately my Xperia S can't be unlocked and haven't carrier restriction (there's no carriers restrictions in my country), just it's "not allowed" to unlock.

Get the Xperia Go. Floating touch is useless compares to Water proof and anti scratch.
Get the P. Better camera, more ram, bigger screen, sexy design..hdmi out
To me phone memory is for basic item. Other than that there's usb2go

Get P. The unibody is just awesome, and the phone is the sexiest.
Plus, it got 16 gigs internal, which should be more than enough.

My vote is for P too. If you do not need dust and water resistance then the more RAM a phone has the better.
Maybe you might want to wait for the Xperia J, it may be the killer phone for you. Large screen, decent resolution, micro SD slot... it's less powerful than the sola and the P though.

P for sure, though I'd recommend an Xperia V for a slightly higher money. Definitely worth every penny.
FYI, P got a gig of memory, JellyBean, unibody and is sexy
I think the battery backup is a bit on the downside, but still...
There's no reason you should consider the others.

First of all it's called Xperia and not Experia
Second xda is not a forum for people how don't know which device they should buy
Nevertheless I'll answer your questions
The JellyBean thing:
Xperia P = Yes it has JellyBean
Xperia U = Nope
Xperia Go = Yes
It's also important how your wife use/want to use her phone
If she let it fall down 3 times a day, the Xperia Go is recommended.
If she likes a better screen resolution and a bigger display the Xperia P will be good
And if she don't like JellyBean the Xperia U is perfect

I would say Sola, because of the expandable memory.
I'd go for the Xperia P. Also before buying one, make sure you have checked all phones from your price range, like Samsung Galaxy S3 mini

Are you sure she wants to change phone? Xperia arc s is great! The screen is bigger than p. Even if it's a 1.4 ghz single core with 512 mb ram, is pretty fast. You can also get a fantastic cm10 for it. I suggest you to purchase an higher range Xperia phone or not to buy any.

Instead of buying a Neo V, i would recommend you to buy Xperia P or Xperia L (not Neo L).

I have a Neo, and i want to tell you that for gaming is not good, it's very laggy. But if you want a phone for multimedia and camera (like i'm using it) you can buy it, it's a good choice, especially because of the micro HDMI port which is awesome.
buy a newer one. it's 2 years old already.
It's old but nonetheless serves my everyday use. Also, it has great devs working on 4.2.2 and now already 4.3 version of android. I'm really thankful to them, they extended my phone life and made my neo V amazing.
I agree that if you're looking for a new phone you may consider other options, since it's "old" as for a phone refers.

I own a Xperia Neo V.
Neo V is a very cool phone from Exteriors & Hardware also but it's a single core & very few internal memory, small screen size & no longer provided with software support. I'd recommend you to get a Galaxy S2 (Very Active Development), Galaxy S Duos, Galaxy Grand or Galaxy Mega, Nexus (4, 7 or 10) device or any other phone...
Bottomline:
Don't buy Sony phone, their software support is worst!!
You can see Sony forums filled with complaints & problems on the internet.
Now the choice is yours...
