I pushed the files to /system change permisions to
Rw
R
R
Then moved them to there destination
Leaving framework till last

apk files from app folder put on yours system/app folder and apk from framework folder to system/fremework. BEFORE you do that set permissions on that files RW-R--R-- wit root explorer.

no you need to put files on the phone like System/theme (for example) and then change permissions. The procedure is the same look at this threat http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254220 and remember the theme is for 2.3.3 rom not for 2.3.4 if you puut on 2.3.4. you get bootloop and then you need to re flash your phone.

for now, it only works on 2.3.3
but i hope they will update it and that it will work on 2.3.4
