I have rooted my legend but i have a kind of issue. Everything works ok but once in two days, sometimes it can happen after one day after restarting the phone. When i make a call after i press "End Call", the call is finished but i get stack on the End call screen for 1 min, after that phone gets to home screen but i cant make another call. When i go to the dealer End call screen apears and stays 1 min again. If someone call me at that time phone doesent react at all. The person who is calling me says line is normal, not busy.
I have tried a lot of things but nothing. Reflash it 20 times. Wiped/formated everything, different radios, different CWMs, different builds of CM7 ROMs but in the end nothing...same problem.
I did not had this problem with the stock rom.
If there is someone who can help about this. Tnx in advance.

U r in the wrong forum so no one will help u here.
But if i was u i would try flashing another rom like sense or miui and so on.
Just remember to wipe all before flashing.

Noone so far have reported this kind of problem with CM7... i dont understand what could be wrong... ok tnx anyway i will try another rom.
I have tried other roms and the problem is still there... i guess on hardware problem but phone was ok with stock rom.

when i flash this rom v3.3.1_3g_16_keys or the Insomnia 3G, i get problems with my dialer, When i press the phone button or try to dial a number i get a crash screen? it is not working. what to do?
I flashed to Radio 1.71.09.01 and also with this radio the 3G version roms are not working, the dialer part, still the blur sreen when i press the send button or try to dial a number!
The Insomnia - 2G are running without any problem at all? or the current one, is running smooth on my Niki 100 >>> Clean Black 6.5.2
Why i cant run the 3G roms? video dialer not supported in my country? or what - please any comments!

Finally someone who is dealing with the same problems as I had.
I had the same problems with my other Nike, I could flash the original rom's or a 2g version but not the 3g version.
The problem wasn't 3g but only the dialer.
Randomelements suggest me to see if I had some bad blocks by using mtty, I didn't try that option because I sold my Niki, and now, after a short period of using an Iphone (that I didn't like at all) i finally have a Nike which is not having that issue.
I know it drives you mad because nobody has having that problem, the only thing I did was searching for a dialercab and I always installed it after I flashed a 3g rom.
I know this is not a real solution but I'm very curious if you can fix this issue.
(or maybe you get your hands on my old Nike )

I always use the customRUU with hard / soft reset option build in when i flash and i do a hard reset...
Good this possibly make any sense if do or not reset hard....
i have the same problem. i think it is insomnia 3.x problem.
in my case after hard reset i flashed new rom - ok,
i set up all settings, install xt9 - rom stuck. ok, hardreset.
set up again, is ok, but after 1 day it can't boot. ok
hardreset, flash again, hardreset, no set up, using clean rom,
next day can't boot up.
flash new radio, newest, older, the same problem.
fail.
flash NIKI Clean Black - works perfect - fast and smooth.
Are you guys flashing back to an original rom?
My niki was stuck in a loop not too long back, would not boot up properly, thought it had given up the ghost, it is a company phone so was going back to original t-mob rom. But this cured my problem, phone now works fine with any rom.
Try it, get an original rom, flash back, then try anything.

But i still have the problem with the strange behaviour of the dialler, When i press the phone button or try to dial a number i get a crash screen?
A blur image - and nothing is working in the dialler screen.
I did all what could help, reinstall the original rom, flash SPLL / Hard / radio etc.. but without suc6..
I have installed this one: cleanblack 6.5.2 - animelover and this is working fine, no dialer problems at all.....
Maybe the video dialler in the 3G is the problem for me, i will try this weekend the 2G - 230XXX version..
The 2G versions are working... and i try a few others also no problem, but i didn't like them....
My current is the best for me right now, clean and quick, i love the Clean Black rom 6.5.2 and animelover is building a new version...

Ok I'm trying to help you, because I had the same issue, I read something in the thread but I need to know if your problem only excist with the Insomnia-rom because I don't think it is a problem whith the Insomnia-rom.
My phone had the same issue with almost all the 3g rom except the original, that's the reason I couldn't bring the phone back for repair.
I tried several rom's wm6.1 and wm6.5 from randomelements, salvyC, Insomnia, Davideuck etc etc and all the 3g roms gave me a scrambled screen on the dialer, the solution I offered you to add a 3g dialer after flashing was working for me, I found the 3g dialer in the 4shared folder from NemanjaLo.
As I told you before, that is not a real solution, I thought the 3g version from Gullum didn't gave me a scrambled screen, but I'm not sure about that.
If you do have the same problems as I wrote above, I think you have to try the mtty procedure as randomelements suggested me.
You can find that here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=390606 but plse be carefull otherwise your phone ends as a doorstop and I don't think it is worth it.

You're right it is to tricky to use mtty that is the reason I didn't go for it to.
About flashing I don't think it make any sense because I start with hardspl-1.15mfg-nike.nbh and I had the same problem.
The only thing I know is that my Nike came from KPN but I don't know that is the problem.

That is funny, mine came from HI / KPN that could be the similarity, so we have a point, that might be all KPN / HI phones are fixed some how?

Hi guys... try to search and google for an answer to my problems but cant find the solutions..
problems : let say i turn on my hd2 at 1.00 pm on12/08/10....
and at 1.30 pm on 13/08/10 i turn off the phone and replace the battery with fresh one .. turn it on... the clock will show the time and date as 1.00pm 12/08/10...
time will be reset back to time i on the phone on the first time and it will continue the cycle...
try hard reset but the bugs still there... clear all my apps.. clean phone... bugs still there....
my phone using stock ROM 1.48,702... everything is stock...
itsx all start after i do some tweaking & installing apps which i hv uninstall now.. but the problemis still there,,..

HTC service Center advised the following :
1. Take out sim card and storage card to eliminate the error tht maybe caused by this 2 items... i've done it... and restart... walaaa... like a charm it works...
But on fine fine day i install cab file... then the old problem again haunted my hd2...
tried the above methods.. this its no longer worked..
Fed-up, i just let it be like that... then on one fine day.. I install another cab file... CHT and CHT Editor to be exact... walaaa... the old problem eliminated.. hv install/uninstall few cab file after tht (analog clock cab file).. so far everything still ok..

It started to happen to me like month ago from no special reason. I use SD Android build, so with every restart to go back to WM, time/date changes from couple minutes to couple weeks to both directions.
Hard reset did not help. Another ROM flashed did not help.
It seems to occur only when rebooting Android -> WM. WM -> WM reset direction mostly OK. Battery-out almost always changes time/date.
Just a thought: Is there any kind of "CMOS battery" like in PC motherboards, that can be weak/broken in the HD2?
Any advice appreciated

I've got the same problem using Omega rom v30. It's solved easily enough by using sptimesync to get the exact time. What's your rom? I'm gonna flash and see if anything changes

Android - MccM HD V6
This is also happening to me. It's happened before and it somehow corrected itself, but it's really annoying me at the moment. Any ideas as to the cause? Running WM6.5 ROM, stock 3.14. Not running android at all.

I have ICS (4.0.3 XXLPH kernel and modem), resurrection ROM 9.3 on my SGSII, when every I try to dial any number directly it hangs, and I need to press home button, and the dialer kept hanged, I tried to resinstall the ROM again and again, full wipe of course, clear cache clear dalvic and fix permissions, this happens to me since ICS resurrection 9.1, I beleive there is something wrong with me only cause no one adviced about this in the ROM section.
if you have any idea or any experience you may share, please do it and I will apprecite it

just want to draw your attention, that after hangs, a massive battery drain happens to my phone, and I can feel the heat around the back camera.
As the rom is built on a leaked buggy beta test rom ICS expect problems that's what beta means .
Problem unlikely to be the phone and it now has no warranty .

So i was running cm 10 for awhile a couple of weeks ago .. it worked fine .then. i went to another rom for awhile .. and deciced to flash cm10.. but the prob is i keep getting the error msg "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped working`" after i do a ti bu restore .. i remember getting that msg once in awhile when i was running it before , but was no big deal.. but now it is so persistant that i cant even acess unlock screen.. tried fix permissions from twrp..full wipe... flash again.. same prob.. could i be running the wrong gapps pkg?..any one have any sugestions?... ive searched threads .. but no one has had it come up so persistantly that they cant even unlock the screen!
That error appears when your phone has no signal and is acquiring it, mostly after toggling Airplane Mode or freshly booting the phone

thanks .. may be its going into airplane mode some how by default ... ill re boot and see if there is somewhere i can preventing it going into airplane mode
.. went to settings>profiles airplane mode and and disabled it and set that as my defult profile ...worked ok untill i ran a titanium restore.and rebgooted after... really frustrating... something in the data that titanium is restoring.. is doing it i think
It's anytime your phone loses signal. Might need to flash back to stock for reprovisioning

The first update was for wifi and the second was for lte hand off problems. I don't think a firmware update will fix the signal issue. Like I said try reprovisioning the phone. ##72786# select menu then reset
when i do that it asks for password .. tried every one i could think of .. cant get to menu
The password is your msl
I did a reprovision, but didn't help any. Fix permission from Recovery did the trick.
Hello ppl i could really use your help.
About a few weaks ago i installed a nightly version of cm 10.2 all was working fine until my phone didnt wake up at some point. So i tried to reboot phone with holding down power button until the 3 buttons start flashing but it didnt work out my phone didnt reboot. So i tried to do it again with holding down power button but now the 3 buttons didnt start flashing but the power led went of for a second and came back up so i waited after that. my phones screen stayed black for like 15 minutes and after that the htc quitly brilliant screen comes up. When i wait another 15 minutes it will start to boot into cm.
Now i get the following problems: Sound on my phone doesnt work anymore, Camera doenst work, Cant play videos, Gps doesnt work etc etc.
I tried to install stable version of cm 10.1 flashed new boot.img but didnt seem to solve the problem same problems as with 10.2 remain.
does anyone know how i can fix this?

Try wiping all the partitions I mean full wipe dalvik+system+cache+data and install the ROM again .....
Have you tried it already....?????

Yup also tried that but didnt help...
Maybe i must try format the /boot partition first? and flash kernel after that?
Because i think my problem is a kernel problem...
