Download and Upload speed in kB/s??
the program of speedtest.net its called just speedtest available on market
for the bar try 2g/3g status which is also in indroid and on market ofc.it should have wifi trafic too

Try bettercut, that will do. You can make shortcuts with it and change icons at the end...

you are getting this because you are using WCDMA network and connected to HSPA. You cant change this icon..
When I changed the themes using xthmes i get different icons. The same way I want any other icon
