i was able to grab his code and add Arabic support to it , you should be able to read Arabic , Farsi and Urdu for the Epic 4G Touch
*** don't be an idiot please backup your nand before you flash***
*** I am not responsible if you mess up ***
1) you must have root
2) put the zip file you download from this the links on the root of your device
** Boot into recovery **
3) wipe
4)Install zip from sd card
5)select the zip you downloaded here and have it install
6)reboot
7) Now you can read Arabic in system and in APPS Facebook , Twitter
8) from market download free app go keyboard then download another app from market called Arabic for go keyboard
9) turn the go keyboard on and the Arabic support on, you will have Right to left support and a nice keyboard that switches

you can go here http://blog.devasque.com/how-to-apply-patch/comment-page-6/#comment-4660 this method works almost with every android device but you have to have root and the rom you are using must be deodexed ... and it works perfect with me. Im on ShoStock 1.9.1

Well the link seems it hasnt worked since the end of January and the OP hasnt even been on since Feb 28th. Since this no longer seems to work, this is going to be closed.
If the OP gets back to me and can update the link, Ill reopen this and float it to the top again.
