Made for AT&T and a friend works for AT&T and gave me one today. So you can get them in there stores.

If it is made for AT&T then why did I get a reply from Otterbox's twitter account stating that they did not have one for the AT&T version?
I heard from someone else that got one from AT&T and it blocked the NC mic which would mean that it is in fact the international version's case. If you look at the rubber flap that covers the headphone jack, if the hole is in the middle it is the international version.

Honestly looking at the quality it looks like a fugazy. There's a ton of fake Otterbox's being sold on CL around me and while they're good fakes, if you owned an Otterbox you'd know it was a fake. Can you use the barcode scanner app and scan the barcode on the box? Curious to see what it comes up as (red OB Defender for iPhone 4)?
edit: I take it back now looking closely to the first pics, but I'd still like you to scan the box

I didn't keep the box. I took a picture of my reciept, but cant show you the whole one since it has my phone number on it.
I ordered a Commuter from ebay. I guess I will be doing some modding to uncover the extra mic.
i actually bought this case today and returned it immediately after because the hole and screen protector is for euro model. the hole is in the wrong spot for the us version.
the hole in his picture above is shown on the top middle, where in the us version its on the top backside almost behind the headphone jack

I believe although it's not the definite AT&T version... AT&T does carry them and the incipio, which also blocks the 2nd mic too....
to follow up with my previous post, its nothing short of just cutting the rubber flap off of the otterbox to keep it from blocking the 2nd mic, but i figured if i was going to spend alomost 40$ on a case i want one made for my phone

I bought the ballistic case for my Galaxy S 2. It had a better feel than Otterbox to me....
Is there an in store ETA? I purchased the one for the international version mistakenly from Otterbox and would like to get the correct one.
Called my local AT&T store, and they do not have any (International or otherwise) in stock. So I figured WTH, I'll order the Int. version from Amazon. I can always make the tiny mod to open up the mic slot a bit if necessary. It was $24.08 shipped from Amazon, but here is where it got weird...
When I went to the final checkout page, it defaulted to Standard shipping, with the price at $0. The other three options were:

So, I wanted to see how much 2-day was, so I selected it. Page reloaded, shipping price stayed at $0. Selected 1-Day, page reloaded, price stayed at $0. there is no ballistic case for AT&T
there is no otterbox for AT&T
AT&T has case-mate on there site but when you visit case-mate site it's not for the sprint epic it says, but for the international and canadian phones only no mention of AT&T either.

I've seen the actual ad, too. Looks like you'll be able to buy it online starting Thursday according to the ad. It says their black friday deals start on Thursday online. I plan on joining the Galaxy S II crowd then!
I just read that Sams Club will have this phone for only $.96 on black Friday. If you not a member and want the phone, I would get a membership. Sams club is pretty nice.

As an FYI, the Sam's deal may not be out of your reach if you are not a member. Note in the ad the fine print states that it will be available online. They use the same outsourced cell phone seller that many other companies such as best buy RZ use. In other words, it is unlikely they will verify your membership.

So get it price matched. I got mine at at&t for $199.99...i asked for them to match target @ $99.99..and they did. My 30 days ends early December and after finding out these deals today, i called my at&t store and the just told me that they'll match the radio shack $49.99 and if its true with Sams Club $0.96 deal..they'll even match that.

I got in on Target's $99 deal last week. I also thought about the .96 deal from Sam's Club and wondered if it would be worth the Black Friday hassle to get it. As of right now i have the i777 from at&t @ 99.99. I asked them to credit me back $100 because target offered it for 99.99 and they did. I spoke with at&t again after finding out the new price drops with radio shack and Sams Club. The manager told me to come back on black friday and he'll credit me back the rest. So hopefully my final outcome will be Upgraded w/ at&t @ 199.99 (done) > credited back 100 (done)> credit back to either radio shack or sams club price.

Do they force plan changes though? A lot of the places I have tried to buy phones from before were trying to force me to double my plans minutes (have an older 800 minute family plan). Well even though there are 5 people on the plan we have a bazillion roll over minutes and need no more minutes. The sole reason I went ahead and bought my phone through amazon is because they didn't touch my plan other than making me add data to the line.
Talked to the phone guy at my Sam's club and he confirmed the $0.97 SGSII . He said they had 38 of them. I'm going to get one but I really hope it's not a huge hassle.

Just pulled them out of the box. One type of case came with it too, the anymode flip case that REPLACES the back cover.
Just so you know, it actually has the NFC INSIDE the anymode case. There are 2 contacts for it. I'll post a pic when I can.

Nope. I showed it to a customer but that was about it. There's been a lot of buzz with this device. Tons of people coming in asking about it. The boxes aren't sealed so I just showed off the size.

We have not. I'll be the first to know too. I pre-ordered my phone to my own store.
No others have showed up. Just these 5 blue ones and some cases. Some more might come in tomorrow. I'll provide a count to see if we get an equal amount of white ones.

As an employee of the US Postal Service I receive 25% off AT&T services and 50% off accessories plus specials on phones sometimes. As do many corporations in the US.
I'm just not sure if I always receive the 50% off accessories or just in conjunction with a phone upgrade????

I think you should ask. On my ATT account page it says premiere member on it. And whenever I upgrade a phone it offers me the 50% off option for access.
I would like to get an S -Pen kit for half price if possible.

I've been thinking of doing the same to my view. As far as a dock if you want it in landscape you will probably have to custom build it. And you should look into the mhl adapter for the jetstream, not sure hat the model number is but its white and is the only thing with a 3.5mm headset jack, that would make docking for music so much easier.
At this point im looking for a double din 7" navigation unit that I can strip to fit the view into.

As far as I know Cowboom never had a Flyer 3G for sale in either one of the recent promos.
I actually got 2 Flyers on that deal, both grade 8 as well and in pristine condition.

Aaaand it happened again; they sent the Wifi-only Flyer as a replacement instead of the 3G version I ordered. The rep was rude, did not seem to believe me even after matching the serial #s. And when I broke down and asked if she could simply refund me the difference, all she would offer me is $50
I am done with these incompetent @$$holes...
BTW, Cowboom's customer service # is 8886026963. They don't post it on their website...

I've been looking for the i9300 in Titanium Grey for the past 3 weeks. I had seen every other color but never the Grey i9300. Someone on this board told me that the Grey will only come for the i9305 model. However, after weeks of searching, I've finally FOUND IT!
The seller is Overseas Electronics in Chicago and I called them several times to confirm and yes, they have it in stock. I also convinced him to sell it to me for $575. I ordered it last night and it will arrive tomorrow. Here is the link for anyone interested. Call them up and ask them for the discount. I've been to the physical store and they specialize in international phones.

You're right, the aol.com email is confusing but those two stores actually supply all the international phones for Chicago. Many friends of mine have bought from the store right next to it, Ghandi Electronics. Thanks for the heads up though. We can't be too cautious! :good:
I have never heard of a titanium grey i9300. I wonder why a place in chicago US will have that and no other place internationally i mean it is the international version. Why is it available only in the US and not being stocked anywhere else. And how does warranty work. If samsung have these colours i think it would make sense to have all the colours available to the consumers i recon that would get them more sales.

FYI.....I ordered one on Monday, got here today. I specifically ordered the 32GB Titanium Grey over the phone. What I got was the 16GB Black. I was charged $662 but the black from them is about $570.
So I called them and explained what happened. They were very cooperative, but they did totally screw up the order. I told them that I want to return it and they sent me a return shipping label about 30 minutes later. I called them back and said that I might keep it, but need a refund on the amount they charged me verses the 32GB Grey.. They said no problem. I never did get a receipt from them, although they did send me an email with tracking info. The UPS box was packed with Chinese newspaper; the order was shipped from Miami.
Unless you can find one in Asia to order, you might have a hard time finding one. Negri has them for pre-order so I called to see when it will be in stock, and they dont know.

Sorry for the late reply. Actually it turns out it was the black. There are Grey 9300s put there but not in the States. There is one seller from Dubai on eBay that sells it. There is also CNN.cn which sells the Grey screen with the bezel. All you have to do is screw on your your motherboard. Then you can sell off your white screen as a replacement. Hope that helps!

The unlock command is now "fastboot flashing unlock" not "fastboot oem unlock".
I keep refreshing the playstore so I can get my pre-order in as soon as they're available.
I remember last year trying to pre-order the Nexus 6 was a nightmare, so I want to make sure I get my order in early.
So glad they stuck with the amoled screen and the dual front facing speakers. The metallic build is a bonus too, I found the Nexus 6 felt cheap.

$499 to GBP + VAT worked out to 400 quid, so 450 is disappointing.
You can get a Note 5 for that price, tough choice.
I really hope the battery life is fantastic or I am going to be really annoyed!

Where is it £450? I watched the live event (still on now) and they didn't mention UK pricing.
Obviously we'll get shafted on price like we do on everything, but just wondering where the official price was?

Yep, I ordered mine and got the same date for estimated shipping. Ordered 128gb Aluminium and also the Quartz case and new chromecast and chrome audio.
Went for the 64GB in frost. Probably wouldn't have bothered, but with google refunding me for my nexus 5 (3rd replacement!) it won't end up costing me much to change.
Guys be aware that payments might decline if your bank flags them under fraud alert. If you get declined, go to wallet.google.com and check the history as well as checking that your payment information is up to date and if still no joy, contact your bank if they haven't contacted you already. I tried three times and got declined each time. Got an automated call from Santander and lifted the block on the card. Processed on 4th occasion with 2-5 November estimated shipping.

I doubt that it will work but you can try. The only issue is getting to the UK Play Store from Italy. You'll be directed to your home country store so you'll have to figure out a way to access UK store - maybe through VPN?
