As freebordjunky has said, a lot of phones won't be able to achieve the 1.9 without running too hit, I got mine on 1.9 but it started heating up a lot after a good 30 seconds. found the most i could go with avg. heat was 1.5 but each phone is different so you need to experiment. don't go ocing to 1.9 straight away and staying on it or you could damage your phone too.
Does overclocking increases the speed?
And does deleting bloatware increases the speed of phone?
And what is the use of doom lord kernel?

Yes. Overclocking increases you phone speed a lot.
Yes. Deleting bloatware incrases your phone speed. And you had after that alot free space in your phone.

If you delete bloatware yo free about 150mb+
Sent from my MT15i using Tapatalk
But still it's less.
sent from Xperia neo
That is very true, that's why the Xperia Nozomi (32GB internal) sounds so good. (due next year) however the 320mb is enough for most things. but having apps2sd is very helpful i find.
What if I transfer the apps to sd and delete the software?
sent from Xperia neo
Delete what software? depends on the app you are using, you mean delete the apps2sd software?
Yes deleting app2sd

Which program are you using though? I know you mean apps2sd but there is some different ones on the market.
---------- Post added at 07:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:14 PM ----------
Doom Lords kernel is pretty much a replacement of the stock kernel which will allow overclocking (with stock= no overclock ) and other speed improvements etc. but with latest firmware it has bugs (no usb/wifi/vibration) so yeah.
It's name is app2sd

Yes, but I see 3 different apps on the android market with the same name

Hi everybody!
I'm using ICS 4.0.4 ( Xperia Ultimate HD 2.0.2 ROM ) on my neo v.
I'm playing games like BackStab, Fifa12, Hot Pursuit, Dead Trigger and more. I know, for games is GingerBread but I love ICS
Whoch kernel do you prefer for hard games on ICS?
I have Alliance 1.5 now. I want to have long battery life and best options for games
Sorry for my English ;D
Thanks!
Odp: Which kernel do you prefer?
Oh ok, thanks
Try Sauve v6

have you tried JB?
why don't you try JB for gaming?
Isn't it good?
pardon me, i am new about these so might not be right.
Using Neo V @ 1.6 GHz with Fusion 4.3 JB Kernel Super Jelly Bean 2.0
Gaming seems nice. Still now played most wanted, ran smooth with little lag at the start up but nothing after the main menu, just like playing it in Note. Battery is awesome. Mine is lasting like 18-20 hours with moderate usage. (Its been 1.2 years)
JB ROMS are only for the looks and features but if u want to play HD Games then u better Switch to GB ROMS......the best kernel for GB Rom is Night Elf 10 Experimental Lite.......Governor: ondemand I/O Scheduler:sio.....
You will get best battery life and awesome Gaming Experience

Jb Rom would lag in long run,you don't get much ram available in Jb Rom usually
Been there,done that hence saying!
Gb remains the best for our model atleast!

lupus+vengeance
I would suggest lupus kernel either for ics or jb,
and vengeance kernel for ics. Lupus is more performance-like kernel and vengeance is a balance between performance and battery.

kernels??
Do you have an unlocked boot-loader??
If yes why don't you try different kernels with the ability to overclock a bit your phone for better performance.
Also consider linking your apps to sd, if you have to many as our phones have little internal memory and if so, try using a class 10 micro-sd for speed!!
My phone is using kernel alliance 1.5 for ics.
It is running at 1.6ghz with 1250mv.
Only this game reboots my neo... :silly:
Sometimes it happens after only 1 track, sometimes after 10+ tracks.
Temperature is around 35-40'c after the phone has rebooted.
Other than these, the game is great.

Sent from my MT11i using xda app-developers app
There is a reason why play store says the game is not supported for neo v
Even i tried the game in a GB ROM and i didnt get any reboots but the game lags randomly thats all if you can manage with the lags then You can play the game
I think the game needs a Dual Core phone...
Play store suported for me, and the game works perfectly. Use jellybean and the kernel that suits you the best

Try This tweak Bcoz it made my cm10 (fxp208+Fusion 4.5) super smooth and snappy even with cm10 themes.
disable all settings e.g cpu, io, surface improvement, zram, kernel samepage merging, purging assets from performance section in settings. also disable all from rom control if u r using AOKP.
I'm using antutu cpu master pro 1Ghz smartassv2 + Sio
dalvik vm heap size 48m
now the main thing
open rom toolbox pro
and apply these settings in memory management of rom toolbox pro shown in the screenshot. you can change these if u want to but these settings gave me a super snappy cm10 with minimum lag.
Hit thanks if i helped you.:good:

May be...by the way...don't u love your phone? Why are you killing it? Even if u replace it after sometime...you ain't doin justice to it. What if you are given a burden that's manageable to u but not to your health over a period of time? Your health will start degrading and eventually you will end up early.
