Is it posible to flash a prerooted official image with digital signature (if that exists) without having the bootloader unlocked?
my problem is that i can't unlock my bootloader because of my phone company, but i recently flashed the new ICS to my phone and it worked perfectly. this wasnt a problem apparently because it was signed by sony or something and the bootloader didn't complain. so, does there exist a rooted but official image i can flash without unlocking the bootloader?
Thank you all in advance. im really frustrated by not being able to root my device :crying:

I had the same problem. I never could find any update. I don't know what is responsible for it but you should simply use unofficial ways of update like offline update with KDZ.
