Does anyone know if the Browser.apk from CM7 is possible to run on xwki4? I've tried copying across to system/app after renaming existing one and odex, and revolting, but just fc every time.

No, as they depend on different frameworks.

I'm hoping someone can help. I need the TWLauncher apk from the JL4 build. Mine was somehow deleted after I installed the JL4+Voodoo kernel. My JL4 is Deodexed and rooted. Thanks!

Do you still have the zip on your pc? Just grab it from the rom zip and push it via adb to /system/app. Should do the trick.

I recommend you try to use Go Launcher.
this launcher is as good as TWLauncher.
Use this one its better...

Looks the same but adds auto rotate on home screens . Its the gtg version. Works great for me

Go look inside your jl4 zip file under system/app. Extract that and put it into your phone.

If I install a rom such as pure ics and install the Gapps file from cm9 thread, will it give me aosp apps such as dialer and contacts?
If not, is there any aosp rom or one that looks like galaxy nexus? I don't like cm9, but I like its aosp apps and general non Samsung feeling

No. It'll just install gmaps and the market, etc. Download cm9, unzip it and extract the phone/sms/whatever apk and put them in your system/app folder, then reboot.

That won't work as AOSP messaging and dialer etc won't work with the standard Samsung framework.

So what from besides cm9 can give me a good aosp experience?

Anyone have the individual apk for the UCFL6 builds? I'm running FJs rom but he bundles all inverted apks but they used to be available separately. I don't like the CM9 phone apk but like the other inverted apks. Also, I'm assuming the LF5 apks will work for LF6?

think this is what you want.. Always work for me
Thanks, however will those for sure work with FJs LF6? I can't tell if those are CM9/AOSP based apks which wouldn't work...they obviously look like them tho.
EDIT: flashed the MMS and sadly its not for the stock builds, but aosp.
