06/25/2012 Here is an updated 14 toggle for the AT&T Leak LE5
14 Toggle Mod LE5
You can modify the toggles under settings/display/toggles tab
It includes removal of the full battery notification, AT&T in the statusbar, clock and am/pm toggle under settings/date and time
4/17/2012 Rockratt posted a LD3 14 toggle mod which can be found in this post right here:

Update: 11/20/2011
Removed the annoying vibrate icon for you folks. Just download the new file at the end of the post.
Update: 11/16/2011
Finally got the file working for Cog 777. So have at it
Thanks to sileshnair in the Intl. forum for help on it.
Update: 10/16/2011
The mod has been updated to support 14 toggles! New: Lockscreen and Screentimeout.
Also you can now change the order of the toggles as well as which toggles are visible. This is done through the QuickPanelSettings app
I have added in a transparent drop down notification background as well.
Hello
Again I found another post in the GSII International forum that I think we could use on our phones.
This is a 12 toggle mod for the quick panel. It contains toggles for:
Wifi, Data, GPS, Flashlight (really cool), Sound, Rotation, Bluetooth, Airplane, Auto Sync, Brightness, Reboot and Shutdown
The Reboot option has three options to it similar to an extended power menu
Reboot, Recovery and Download mod
This has been tested for Cog X2 Beta 4 and stock rooted. It will not work on Perception as it is not a KH7 based rom . If you use it on a different rom be sure to let me know so I can update this.
As usual flash at your own risk, I am not responsible for your phone or problems it has from this modification.
Just download the CWM file at the bottom of the post and flash away.
**For stock odexed rooted roms as follows: extract the systemui and lidroid-res via root explorer. Install systemui in system/app then rename the systemui.odex to systemui.odex.Bak and push lidroid-res to system/framework. Reboot and you should be good to go.
Thanks to VFO for this method!
Thanks to lidroid for the files and code changes.

Yeah I just used the same CWM file from the home button fix since I already had it available lol
this is the home button lag fix bro, not the 12 toggle

Are you on Cog or stock rom?
I am on COG
Works great on a bone stock Rooted Rom. I have been wanting something like this since coming from my Cappy running Apex with the JKay mod. Excellent!

Ignore the text when you flash. I used the same CWM file so it will say that it is the Home button fix but it is not.

I found it odd the file is only 1.3mb
It definitely works on cog x2 beta 3. But I think I was expecting something else.
There are 12 toggles now. You have to scroll through them on the notification bar.
I wish I could just specify which ones appear on the notification bar and in what order.
Does anybody know if this can be easily tweaked to do this?
My perfect toggle set:
Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, sound, sync
Flashlight is cool, but I'd rather have an app for that.
Tasker handles rotation toggle for the Apps that need it.
And airplane mode isn't something I need very often so I'd prefer seeing it in a power menu instead of toggles.

The updater-script for CWM has been fixed so it no longer says applying home button lag fix, for those of you worried about it
Works great thx

Not working for me...stock rooted. The zip installs correctly but when it boots up it has stock toggles. I wiped cache and Dalvik too.

Same result for me on rooted stock.
What are we missing...or does this not work for stock?

I used Cog Beta 4's files to port it so I have not tested it on stock what so ever. Attached is the mod with stock files, you can try that if you wish. But like I said I haven't tested it so I am not sure if it will work. The risk is of your own if you flash it.
Still not working for me. Thanks for all your effort though.
If you're still stock and only rooted your problem is the odex files. You need to flash a deodexed rom.
Swyped on my Galaxy SII
I have it working with stock ROM that is odexed. However, I did not flash it. Instead I extracted the systemui and lidroid-res via root explorer. I installed systemui in system/app and then renamed the systemui.odex to systemui.odex.Bak and pushed lidroid-res to system/framework. I then rebooted and wala, it works great.

Hello I wanna show you my work for our legendary gt540
You can see 4 folders (4 types of animations) and 3 files in each folder:
gb_animationsname - version with black menubar
gb_animationsname_white - version with white menubar
Watch animations - lil' preview
Now if black menu versions makes your phone loops or fcs you should install white version. If you would like to know why you can not get black version, my answer is: sorry your ROM does not support edited xml files - unknown reasons.

You have installed ROM via recovery probably, so reinstall via fastboot then try my theme.
I've got bootloops... maybe it's because i use the stock black theme from cyanogenmod setting?
I installed the latest openswift rom via fasboot though.. one note that when i tried to wipe dalvik cache, i've got errors: cant mount bla bla mmcblck (like error when u try to apply app2sd) and then in next line it says (File Exists)... is it supposed to be like this?
Sent from my GT540 using Tapatalk
Works perfectly. Thanks man n keep up the good work!!!
@m1st3r1 got the same errors it's about 'android.secure' folder from SD, delete manually. But it's not a problem, I've installed ROM via fastboot too.
@erin.viegas big thanks ^^

I know what is wrong. I edited a file framework-res.apk/res/values/styles.xml
and a few phones supports it, other doesn't
So for those who has problems I created other version, but with white menu bar. Sorry there is no other way it's your phones fault.
Wasn't released yet. I need to test it be4.

This file works perfectly for me on my GT 540 with CyanogenMod 6.1.2. Thanks a lot man, its just wonderful. The font is awesome, and for now i have not seen any bugs. Brillant.
Just 2 questions. What is the number on the notification bar, next to the 3g signal ?
And it is possible to disable the transition effect between 2 screens ?
Thanks a milion man ^^
1. It's network signal as number, you can off it in CM settings > Initial setup > Status bar and uncheck: Show dBm.
2. Dunno understand.

Thanks to you man, this is really a beautiful work. I'll rate it on deviant art too lol
Sorry for my english in my 2nd question, i am not very good. There is a little screen transition effect, for exemple, when you are on Settings screen, then you go to Sound settings, there is a little effect.
This is bounce I made this theme to show this effect. You can switch off animations in screen settings (but all or nothing).
For me English is the second one either

Going to bed now, stayed up 3 hours extra writing this up and making sure everything worked.
Once I make it to work I should be able to upload everything which is in 6 hours!

OK I got this flashed and its pretty nice. Looks like it comes with Entropys 12/1 kernal? Anyway I flashed up to Siyah 2.6.12 and everything is going well.
Also it say that it has Thunderbolt scripts? Not sure what those are similar to the init.doh scripts? I flashed the 2.5 exp and everything seems cool.
I am going to try V6 Supercharger next.
Thanks OP

Yea he adds and removes scripts a lot, you can always change them yourself.
Also I just used the default Hellraiser kernel just in case it may conflict, but I wanted to make sure other kernels work so feedback from everyone is great.
Going to add more info to the OP when I get home unless I can sneak it in during work.

Yea I saw before I posted this, wanted to get my feel before updating to something that can be unstable.
I'll post that one by the weekend probably.
Trying to dig for more useless apps that do not apply to our phone as well since it just makes the rom way big. I cut it a good 30mb last night in a matter of an hour.
So, should I wait for the added dropdown menu? I like to be able to turn off data.
I tried searching Turkbey's original thread. Nothing. Or did I miss something...? Thanks in advance.
Edit: Delay my last. I've found it.

Huh?
Did you watch the video, its a mod for the notifications. (going to remove that from there for now)
Dropdown notifications is still there, don't think any rom would not include that.
Edit - Saw your edit, glad you figured it out.

I think you scared people off with the name.
Isn't that the plan?
Is this still using touchwiz version 4.0? Or is it 4.5

Can you post the bloat please? And is this using the modded phone apk or did you fix the call audio without it? (probably not possible but doesn't hurt to ask)
After installing I could not get past the SGSII screen. Left it there for over 8 minutes and never would get past the screen. Tried installing twice, both times did wipe data\factory reset. Came from another XXLPQ. After failing, I installed the XXLPQ rom I had prior and had no problems with it. Just an FYI.

Which Rom & Kernel did you come from?
My apologies, never heard of Apex launcher. Guess because it is new since ICS came out.

TW international, has less features then US TW & TW 4.5 which is what you are use to, trust me you do not want it.
If you want to try US TW, grabbed it from apps section and see if it works.
Apex or Nova launcher is definitely the way to go for ics, nice change from touchwiz.

Odd it should work, mostly if coming from another XXLPQ base.
That was from IRC right, cause Vlara (who made it) didn't post it on XDA.
After wipe/install, if stuck in boot try to install again on top of it.
Might have not gone through all the way.
Titanium is working on this correct?
Just wanted to clarify

Yes it was from IRC. I will try again again later today.
So why did I post this?
Obviously because No one else has It posted it on the AT&T Galaxy Note I717 Thread, although there are mods such as this one on the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Thread so idk if they belong together or not??? But anyway here it is
What does this do?
Gives you a bunch of toggles (15) on the top of your phone when you pull down the notification bar.
-15 toggle mod ported to UCLE2 DO NOT USE IF ITS NOT ON UCLE2
-This is a .zip file too be flashed using CWM...Please do a nandroid backup just incase
-Blue highlight theme/color
-Works on Deodexed Roms & on stock Odexed Rom... cool
↓
FYI IM RUNNING ONLYONE ROM HYFR
Steps:
1.) Download .zip
2.) Reboot in recovery & do a nandroid back up BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY
3.)Once backup is complete CONSIDER > Wiping Dalvik Cache & wipe cache partition
4.) Then install zip from sd card> choose zip from sd card OR choose zip from internal sd card > Find it & Flash it |o||o| (Android Breasts Lol)
5.) DONE! Enjoy it
Below are some tips if you run into issues for those with Odexed Roms/stock by fonuza
[Using Rootexplorer] Working for me on stock bloated(no apps removed) rooted UCLE2 ICS (odexed)
-Renamed original systemui and systemui.odex files on phone using rootexplorer. [keep files as backup]
-Pushed quickpanelsettings+systemui+lindroid-res files from zip to appropriate folders on phone and fixed permissions using root explorer.
Tested all buttons and used quickpanel to removed ones i was not using and reordered the buttons...
Just one glitch was the lock button - toggle on/off worked but when i toggled back on to use lock screen, the lock screen would not come up even after pushing the power button -- rebooted once and it fixed itself - lock toggle button working perfectly after that one reboot.
Thank you.
& This one..
I went back to stock UCLE2 (odex) and tried the zip file in cwm...
After you reboot you will get a "force close systemui" message and your upper status bar will not show...
To fix the f/c and make the upper status bar show you need to rename/remove the "systemui.odex" file using an app like rootexplorer and reboot phone. And everything working...
OR to avoid the whole f/c and missing status bar
-You could rename/remove the "systemui.odex" file on phone first
-then restart phone in cwm and install the zip

Note - I do not take credit for this mod.
Thank you wanam & lidroid for the 15toggle mod, fonuza for clarifying odex rom issues as well as mohan_kr for the original thread on AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727. (Link) http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1069650&stc=1&d=1337389244
Also..
If you want to change the order of how the toggle buttons are placed, this mod includes an apk for doing that Just flash this mod and the app will be installed.
Hint: Before I was about to flash this mod, I thought that the QuickPanelSettings app mentioned was in the settings page instead it took me a few seconds too Look around until i found it in the drawer (stupid me haha)
This is the app installed to configure your toogles..
(yes I used paint, I was too lazy to use photoshop to edit the pics Lol)

Holy ya know what...thank you! Works perfect on black star...does take a while reboot though. Just a heads up. After the flash it says give it 5 minutes to rebuild DC (I assume dalvik cache)....I just rebooted and like I said it took a while but booted up and worked awesome. It feels smoother than other scrolling toggles I've used in the past.

Oh snap i forgot to mention that. Ill update it now > wipe dalvik cache Lol
Thanks for the tip buddy Glad your liking it!!
Flashed this over my Team Perfection's ICS Objection RC3 mod, wiped my caches, and I am very happy with the results. I lost the transparency of the pull-down status screen but the button toggles on top are SOOOOO much easier on my eyes.
Sending thanks.

This Is a Modded SystemUI, themed to be just almost exactly as the The Stock Android 4.2 on Nexus 4,
==>Brightness Toggle Removed
==>Top Corner Clear Button (Appears When there Are notifications Pending)
==>It has A little transparency mod for the background,
==>The Signal Icon has been themed,
==>Wifi Icon Has Been Themed
==>Battery Icon Has Been themed and when the Battery has been fully charged it used to say battery fully charged with a green icon instead of a blue so that also been themed to blue now
==>The Airplane Mode and Silent Mode Icon Has Been Themed to Original Stock

how come.. you might be doing something wrong... you have to push it in system/apps and reboot quickly at the exact second that will then cause no errors or fc's

Did you reboot after pushing apk?
Yep, this is normal systemui can give FC when you try to change it.Just try to Catch "Reboot" action with power button (Choose it quickly.)
; After the reboot if it gives same crash go to the Recovery and "fix permissions."

Can you make a version with black dropdown? I think it look better than the transparent one. Thank you in advance. PS:the best original style notificationbar yet
Will you use this themed UI on the next release of pure vanilla ROM?
Nice job man but there is a glitch on the Wifi icon. Hope you can fix it soon, this is a cool mod xD
Notification Panel
Can u integrate swiping up ANYWHERE in the notification panel to close it? like in the nexus phones.
In TouchWiz we've to swipe up from the border which is difficult at times.
TIA

No. I didn't try this mod, so I can't tell if it is because of it. You are using Chuckybean, so your system is deodexed. You shouldn't have problems. Did you try to wipe Cache and Dalvik cache in CWM? (sorry I didn't read all your posts about this).
