I can see a use for a list of games tested and compatible for the Atrix, especially cause people are always posting "does ____ game work on Atrix?" But the thread intro hurt my head trying to read. Im not sure what exactly your trying to say, but I get what your doing and I hit your thanks button.

Just thinking aloud here... I would guess that the seemingly random description may be due to one of those whacky online translators.
It is interesting to type something in one of those and translate it to a different language and then back to english. Sometimes the results can be less than accurate

Everyone here knows about netflix, but I noticed that many other apps and games are missing from the market when I search them on my Evo 3D too. Asphalt 5 is on there but not 6, Need for Speed Shift is missing as well, as well as nearly every game that is considered to have impressive visuals.
Is there any way I can see the apps that the market is hiding from me due to which device I'm browsing with?
Come to think of it, I know know, the phone just came out and its one of the first 3D phones, so there will (hopefully) be some software for it, but as of now there isn't even a single 3D app on the android market is there?

Correct to a point. Those are only gameloft 3D games, but nfs shift is ea and not in 3D so it would normally be on the market, and wouldn't be in the 3D games app.

Im not sure about need for speed but i bought the game when i had my og evo. I did show has a purchase game in the market. After the update the games works beautifully. 60fps with antialiansi. It runs 3x smoother than my og evo. This evo3d can do some great graphics. To bad that every 3d game has to render the image twice so they run kind of choppy because they are to tasking. My advice is to try and get the games made for the sensation and that thr 3d version of it. Is not really woth it

They are coming out, also check for games that support sensation as well. Asphalt 6 3d, myth defense, assassin's creed 3d, dungeon hunter 2, eternal legacy, field runners hd, guerrilla bob, gun bros, pocket legends, robo defense, samurai II, trial x, zenonia3, and etc... are all "hd" games that works just fine.
Need For Speed Shift Doesn't work, the game itself says its not supported.
I like Asphalt 6 3D better anyway.
it works now for the e3d. I just downloaded and installed it last yesterday, or maybe even saturday. Still has flaws though, while driving, the screen will go to sleep. So you have to tap the screen to keep that from happening.
I just did a search for Need for Speed on the market, strange, its not on there.
Not for me either. Looking for games on market is depressing. I've given up. I want dungeon hunter 2 3d. Not lame golf game and whatever else they've got. Dungeon defenders doesn't work. Guess we just have to wait. Honestly I think ill ditch EVO for photon. NVIDIA gaming app show a lot of great stuff. Way better then just gameloft and that's it.

So do I. Maybe you are the problem and not the phone.
Look at the reviews on market. Crap loads of 3d are randomly exiting the game. It's a known issue just like the sgs2 before they patched it earlier today. Patch doesn't fix EVO though.

Yes, I have the 3D and its the stock market app. The pic from earlier shows (iirc) the new market app, so both seem to have it.

I have noticed that since the OMAP4 is just the latest in the PowerVR line, many games designed for older PowerVR chipsets work on the RAZR! Backstab HD from my Galaxy S for example works pretty well. Very smooth.

I also got death worm that sound is sluggerish.. didn't hear from their support either
Fieldrunners HD works great. It has the same audio bug that has been present on 3 different devices.

Hi guys, I'm brand new to the Android community. I was a proficient member of this site back when Windows Mobile 5 was where it was at, but I've forgotten my login credentials...
Anyways, you say that Nova 2 HD is capable of running, but when I open it up on my RAZR it shows me some cool intro and then crashes. Aren't HD apps only runnable on tablets and the Xperia play?

No, thats not the case at all. The thing is that there are MANY different versions of NOVA 2 HD made for different Android devices. You would need the version specifically made for the Razr, found here:

Well of course they didn't work if you downloaded them from a torrent, you didn't get the right versions!
Asphalt 6 HD from Gameloft's WAP shop works, I add a link to the op.
NFS: Hot Pursuit from the Android Market works, latest version of course.
I never said NFS: Shift worked, now did I? Every single one of these games have been vetted by me or people from this thread, thats the whole point of our list.
here is the old list of working/non-working games for sgs2. i used to play all of them untill i lost my sgs2. can't check them all myself, since have not received my razr yet.
p.s. i didn't update the list since the lost, so don't pay attention to the versions, 'coz most of them may have higher versions. ones that work only through cf3d may no longer require it.

Silly really cos it worked on my Nexus S which was less powerful but I suspect Gameloft just need to update their games to recognise the higher res screen.
Hopefully that will be soon.

I had a reply to my email to Gameloft and they sent me a new version of Asphalt 6 which works
The version I had before was 1.0.8 and the new one is 1.1.2
I imagine they will update the market version soon but in the meantime just go on their website and fill in the contact form complaining that your version doesn't work and they will probably send you the new one.

I find myself spending a lot of time messing with my note, waiting for appointments, late at night, basically whenever i'm not busy. What I am wanting is a good list of games to purchase. Genre doesn't matter as much as fun factor. Anything from Racing to fighting and everything in between.
I have a little extra cash I wouldn't mind sinking in a few good games with replay value, ideas anyone?

You have to check out shogun. It works so well with the s-pen you won't believe it. Currently my favorite game. Also try dead space, r-type, edge ex, and super monkey ball. All good game im playing currently.
Edit: also sleepy jack (amazing game)

I've been using up all my batteries playing this one. Very addictive, and some of the levels are evil.
Well worth the cost.

Got it. It's nice to find games that are somewhat similar to their counterparts for the pc.
I would buy the pacman / ms-pacman ports if they were cheaper, some games may be worth the higher price, but I can't really justify those.

Grand Theft Auto 3 and I think I read somewhere that Max Payne will be coming out April 22nd.
Reckless racing 2 is much better than 1.

Majesty is pretty fun. Nice fantasy rts type game. Twist is that you can't control units directly, rather set up incentives for your various hero units.
It was a pc game about a decade ago.

I have noticed a lot of the games, both free & paid used OpenFeint. So long as I don't notice any weird purchases through my Paypal (which is not linked to my bank account; Only with a prepaid debit card that I load.) Then let it mine my highscores all it wants.
Thanks for all the suggestions so far everyone! I love 'Wheres my water', and 'Sleepy jack' and 'Dead Space'. Still tryign the demo of Bag-It. For some reason I can't get the hang of it. Keep em coming!

Forbidden brakes is another neat little game.
It's an old school top down racing game not a platformer by any means but a good time killer

How did you get Fifa 2012 on the note. It did not show up in the app store when I did a search for it.

Bards tale with HD gfx, its a blast, great game also.
Nova 3, the screen is big enough and the game light enough on ram to be a good fps on the s3.
Anomaly series (earth and korea), good, fun strategy games.
Kingdom rush and bloons td 5, best tower defense games I've found so far.
Monument valley, it's a beautiful experience (a short one).
Reckless racing 2, fun top-down racer with car modding designed for specific tracks (race, drift, dirt).
All those, although a little old, run great on the s3.

btw try asphalt 8, works at high graphics flawlessly
Clash of Clans, Devil Maker : Tokyo, School Girl Strikers, Hatsune Miku : Live Stage producer, Love live : School idol project and a few Visual Novels (android and psp games through ppsspp) are pretty much all I play on my phone.
