Which apps / widgets are recommended to monitor and troubleshoot battery life issues? The apps that seem to be mentioned most often with regards to monitoring and troubleshooting battery life issues, seem to be BatterBatteryStats, Battery Monitor Widget and CPU Spy. Any other recommended app?
Time and again though I have come across a screen capture for an app as follows:

"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
For the life of me I have not been able to figure out what app this is... I've done loads of searches and tried numerous apps, without success. A comment in one of the forums seemed to suggest that it is Battery Monitor Widget Pro, which I ended up buying and which works quite well - but unfortunately not what I was actually looking for.

For some reason, every night when my MB860 is plugged into the charger, the tegra_spi.1 system process goes nuts with CPU usage. With a name like "tegra" I assume it has something to do with the GPU, but a quick google and forum search gave me no answers other than a few people with a Photon having a similar problem, but no one seems to know why. I have no live wallpaper, or any other apps/widgets running that I can think would be using the GPU. Very strange that it only goes nuts when I'm not using the phone.
It isn't terribly important, because it only seems to happen when the phone is charging, so I'm not worried about battery drain. But I am worried about wear and tear; my experience with PCs is that the more you use a component, the shorter its lifespan will be.
Here's a couple screenshots from System Panel:

Anyone know what might be causing this? I am running the latest October build of mmontuori's MROM on an Atrix MB860.
I have 3 apps to track battery usage. Crpalmers kernels have always yielded above average battery life so I don't review the apps very often until recently. I use better battery stats, battery stats plus and and the stock HTC power menu. I find the apps on both BBS and bsp are sometimes completely different for what's using the battery but usually they are similar. I know how to figure if wakelocks are plaguing the device and I think I see proof of that here in the screenshot. The battery drain issue seems to be GPS so I'm turning it off completely now. This all started after the most recent Google search update. Can anyone confirm or deny my statements, I'm not an expert but eager to learn more about how the device tends to misbehave.

So for the last two days I've been experiencing rapid battery loss. I'll post pictures of both my system specs and my battery drain. It claims that it's the Android System. I feel like it's a program that's constantly running or something. Can anyone help? Have any similar issues? Thanks. Also, the battery would normally last for like, 15-17 hours EASILY with 20-30% to spare.

Use WakeLock detector and try to detect, which part of your System is draining your Battery so hard. In my case, the AudioOut_2 is not disabling correctly in some cases, causing little higher Battery drain. But you will find another bug related with CM.
Just downloaded. I shall use it and check it out. Oddly enough, the battery problem only happens every few days...
Since I installed Marshmallow I've had massive battery drain problems with my Nexus 2013 (Wifi)
I tried all the tricks on here, cache clearing, chaning wifi settings (used to show wifi as the culprit, but not any more) and finally a factory reset.
However, I still keep coming to the tablet to find it completely dead!
Here is the battery use graph from when I got to it last night:

}
Looks normal at first... Slow drain, sudden drop when I watch a video, slow drain again until I watch a video the following day, but after that it slopes down to zero despite it not being used...
Anyone got any ideas? It's really driving me insane!
Hey there. In this thread I'm gonna share a simple solution that will solve your RAM management issues especially when network required applications are minimized they tend to close instantly irrespective of you locking the app in recents,this is because the ColorOS tweaks the App behavior such that the battery life increases. Following this guide will solve the issue.
Here's how:
1) Go to Settings.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2)Battery
3) Energy Saver
4)Choose the app you have the issue with.
5)Turn off 'Background Freeze'
6)Turn off 'Abnormal app Optimization'
7)Turn off 'Doze'
Know that by doing this your battery life may take a hit. But poor experience with a great battery life is not all we want.
I'd be glad if it solves your issue.
This does not work. It seems OPPO has some weird restriction and freezes apps running in background. So, no push notifications are received.
