Can someone tell me why we dont have Movie Studio on the Jetstream?
Supposed to be released with Honeycomb but cant find any real info about it?

I have it on mine, but I didn't install it, it came with it and funny thing is a few days back it did an update for google movie studio. I've never used it but can't remove it either, only the update

Can you post the APK for us to all download? should be called videoeditor.apk
I have found the APK online and have installed it....It runs but It will not allow me to export AND the main editing screen is not displaying the video correctly.

where do I find the apk?? from the file manager I dont see it on any of the directories. i can't access the system or those other directories. tell me how to get there and i'll get it for you.

Use the file manager.
Look under system and then APP
It should be there.

This version of Movie Studio is 1.1 in the link above...it WILL NOT run on my machine. FORCE CLOSE every time. Cannot get it to open
I have only been able to get 1.0 to run and even then it's not right.
The editing screen is all screwd up, not in color and you cant export your work.
Any other ideas guys?

I hate to say it BUT the complete lack of support on this tablet really shows me how few people have bought this thing.
I love it....I have a rooted inspire and it is like an extension of my phone BUT getting any questions answered from the 3 other people that bought one is beyond slow....LOL
I'ts like no one has this thing.
ROOT? Would love it but dont see it happening any time soon....Since there are only 3 of us that own a Jetstream.....
Really weird that I cant find ANYTHING out about Movie Studio that is not 9 months old. I'ts like they announced it and released it to a few tablets and that's it? Is there no support for this?

If you want the kindle, here's how using linux, works with latest WebOS.
1. Download & install the Palm SDK for linux
2. Just download the app file here.

Go to the folder you downloaded and type this command while connected with usb cable to your touchpad, or just install the app any other way you know how.

Thank you, works perfectly. I put the ipk in my dropbox and installed it with preware without bothering with usb. It also syncs with the Amazon.co.uk accounts without a complaint.

As per title,I have searched everywhere,googled it.It was once available but i cannot for the life of me find out to where to download it from.

It has been withdrawn in Europe ( I think) but the US beta version can be had. If I remember correctly I downloaded it from webosbuzz and loaded it using webOS quick install through my desktop. You can still use a UK Amazon account to buy books despite the way the app was obtained. I'm not at home just now so I can't confirm that's where I got it but if you can't find it there post again and I'll double check.
I can't find the .ipk on the site you mentioned. If it's allowed (surely it must if it's a free app) would someone be able to post the updated .ipk on here?

I found this version much buggier than the 0.10.494660 version - it tends to give a blank white screen much more regularly than the older version gives a blank grey screen!

This app seems like a good document editor for MS office and pdf, the user interface looks decent and there are dropbox, Google drive integration.
I'm curious on trying this app, but my Tablet isn't eligible for the download due to region restrictions.
Could a kind soul grab the app for me on Google Play and post the apk here?

works on my HTC flyer, couldn't DL it from the play store...

It's incredibly amazing, though also paaaaaaainfully slow... not the connection, just the interface. I'd mainly need this for Excel (haven't found an Android Office suite that does XY scatter plots!) but the sluggishness would need some getting used to on my otherwise very fluid device.
The interface is pretty annoying to get around in, since it's so cramped. Luckily my dock's touch pad can help with that. What's weird thuough, is that it doesn't recognize some physical keyboard-specific inputs, like arrow keys. You'd think they might have tested for that?

There was an update for Cloudon posted in July, does anyone have this version? Can't get it from the play store on my phone or my tablet (HP Touchpad). I need it for school, my laptop is in for warranty and I don't have a lot of spare time to sit in a lab, I have to work while taking a bus.

Could someone with a tablet upload the latest .apk
I got latest phone version through my old HTC Desire(Bravo) but when I install it on my Padfone 2(Which does not have official support for this app yet) it only enables the phone version of this app.
While the version posted up here enable the tablet mode but because they are to old it won't let me login. Giving me an error that these version of the app are to old and no longer supported.
If anyone is interested the phone .apk I can upload it.

can anyone modify the last working google music apk to not look for updates and or clone it and make it standalone. I know i for one am looking for something that allows me to have the nexus q enabled music apk and the new one both on my phone at the same time.

If you don't care about using Google Play Music 5.0:
Find old apk (4.5.9 I think)
Uninstall 5.0
Turn off automatic updating in market
Install old apk
???
Profit
This is the only thing I did, wasn't too wowed with the new features of 5.0.
I also don't know what it would take to add the functionality to 5.0 :/

Ok well the no updating might not be possible from editing the 4.5.9 app.
I looked around the 5.0 app and it definitely doesn't have the Tungsten support files so it isn't just missing visually
I'm wonder what is involved with porting the Tungsten code to the 5.0 app...

Have a look at drawable-hdpi/ic_media_route_on_holo_light.png or ic_q_solo.png or ic_q_multi.png and tell me that again
It really looks like its partially there, just not up front. Wonder why....

It may be built out but disabled, maybe because they had to disable it to get the contracts for Google music unlimited access.. Wonder if there is a labs type thing in Google music...

i am not up on how to program i know some mild code but im sure this can be done if a dev would have a few hours to figure it out for the community i for one would happily donate to whoever gets it figured out
So it's the holidays and I'm very very poor right now. I've trying to think of things to make for my lady, and one thing that came to mind was an app! lol, she's on her phone a lot and she knows i love messing with my phone so I thought it'd be a cool idea to make her a custom app, something simple, maybe with a splash screen that shows a pic of us, and then into a love note, followed by some pics of us.
So that's my idea, I've tried making this on one app maker, the crappy conduit one, but every time i installed the APK on my phone (nexus5) it never showed any of the stuff i made on their site.
So here's the thing, does anyone know of a good and easy app maker I could use that would allow me to basically design it, and have it make the code for me, and the APK? I have eclipse setup on my system so i may be able to any editing and whatnot...but, seeing as time is a factor (i only have a few days) id love to get it done in a matter of a day at least.
any info or tips would be greatly appreciated, im no coding genius but i can follow directions quite well lol. Thanks!

i can help you get in to the play store if your intrested i have a developer acct ... im just not that good at coding so i could not be too much help on that end .... if you had more time i could build it for you but im slow.. but if you want it in the playstore send me the apk and ill see what i can do

oh nah man, i dont need it on the play store. this is just a personal thing for her. I would send her the apk to install on her phone (i'll probably be right next to her to show her how) and then she would just open it, read the note and swype through some pics of us. no i would need the java key for that apk file to edit it ..... it may be possible but im not experienced enough to know how to do that

Mizuu is an app which will gather video files on your device and create your movie & tv show collection, then sync with trakt.tv.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for alternative apps that can do the same thing? I think they're called "scrapers" but I really am not sure.

Still working for Movies, but cant see an alternative software I like like Mizuu !!

Yes, unfortunately Mizuu has been progressively deteriorating without the support of the developer. I believe he made the code available for anyone else to continue working on, but I haven't read anything else about that.
There is hope though, the Mizuu developer has started a new project, similar to Mizuu, called Jolly. Check out the blog post on the Mizuu website for more information. No updates in a while though...

TV shows still working fine for me. I use anything below 2.7.1.3 which it support sdcard.

Movie browser HD, but why switch? Mizuu is good and still work for me on Galaxy Tab S2

Old thread but found an alternative that looks just like Mizuu. Search for Mozee or com_stumi_mozee_1.1.4_10_31_2018.apk, and Nova Video Player (Achros fork) seems to work for the most part. Also found this comment elsewhere:
I'm still using Mizuu can't access sd card in it the since marshmallow. Workaround: install older version of the app, add sources and then update to latest version SD no crashes, no issuses on oreo.
