kernel version : uname: permission denied - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hey all,
I've decided to root my SK17, and have managed (I beleive) to unlock my bootloader with the s1tool method, and flash my phone successfully. However, I am not at the last hurdle using flashtool to root my phone and I simply get this message:
Android version : 2.3.3 / kernel version : uname: permission denied
Can anyone help?
My full flash log is this:

Sorted
Hey, thanks for the help. That was the forum I was already following.
I managed to solve the issue by starting again and checking each step. All was well, and the problem I was having was because of the Superoneclick program. I installed a earlier version and voila. Now root-tastic!

OR maybe you should read all the instructions first. All these issues have been discussed many, many times. I think a little thank you for the people that get all this work done should be in order rather than complaining.
Anyway, glad you got it to work.
Hello joekhalil89,
Sorry to borrow your post but I think it will be better than opening a new thread.
Here is my problem, I have actually posted it already in the xrecovery thread because it is a problem that happened after using it but I need lot of help:

I will pay to whoever solves my issue.
Have you tried running SEUS instead?

Yes I did and it just says that the phone has the newest version and does not give me the option to reflash it.
Give THIS ago instead.

I had same problem. Solved by uninstalling both SEUS and PC Companion then download latest SEUS from SE site. Then I got reflash option.
Thank you XperiaX10iUser, I solved it already with your advise. I actually tried that before I post here the problem but I was in a hurry and didn't realize I was skipping a step. Thanks to the helpful people.

[Q] can't install nAa-Kernel

Until now, i powered my phone (U20) with MiniCM7pro.
Yesterday i wanted to update the phone on MiniCM7-2.2.1 with nAa-11 but i'm not able to install the Kernel.
After two hours i switched back to stock kernel but the problem are still alive.
Now, my mobile runs on stock Kernel (flashed with seus), i rooted the phone with flashtool. Unknown Sources and Debugging are switched on.
When i try to install nAa-11 Flashtool (0.2.8) shows the following Error:

Error flashing CM7.1

Hi.
I received an X10 with an old unofficial CM installed (MiniCM7 v15.0), CWM3.
I'm trying to upgrade to the official CM7.1, but I'm having an error.
