{help} problem in games with my galaxy s 2 - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello gay"s
i have a problem in the phone
i downloaded some games for s2 .. the game opened but i have white background in the game
i have also try to play need for speed hot pursuit on chainfire3D... the guide that made for playing tegra games but still the same problem
the games that i try it fifa 10 , need for speed shift , hot pursuit.

Have you tried Chainfire 3d plugins? Try to load the powervr plugin in chainfires app.
Btw I think that there are SGSII versions of these games (at least nfs) on the market.

Hot pursuit is not S2 optimized (nfs shift is)
You need chainfire 3d with powervr plugin enabled to run it.
White background = not S2 optimized
I guess you downloaded Galaxy S and not Galaxy S2 games.

The white screen does not mean that it is not optimized for the S2.
In chainfire 3D, you need to go through each plugin (Qualcomm, Powervr, Nvidia)
and also check mark OR uncheck some of the "default openGL settings" for example reduced texture quality.
You need to try out the combinations and it will definately work. It worked on mine just by chance. I believe I used the qualcomm + checked the reduce texture quality and it worked fine but im not 100% sure which combination I used.
I can guarantee you it worked! Both shift and NFS hot pursuit worked on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Even the tegra 2 games will work with the CORRECT settings.

Hot pursuit works on my S2 out of the box, no settings required nor the chainfire app. If so then there should be one optimised for the S2.

As hinted at in this thread, the only times I've heard of this happening is when people are using pirated copies. Admitting it's happening to you is akin to admitting you're pirating the games.
