I'm trying to upload a file to a website offa the android web browser and when I touch the button to "select the file to upload" it shows me the following image

Is there a physical folder on the device where I have to put stuff to upload?
without knowing more details about the website you are trying to upload to, the browser might not be compatible with this. You should try one of the other browsers on the market, like opera, to see if it works.

I would like to have a link on my screen to an html file on my SD card. I can do this through a browser within the browser, but if I create a browser link on the screen, the link wont work. Also any bookmark app I've tried doesn't work. I can link WITHIN a browser to: "file://mnt/sdcard/bookmarks.html" It opens a 480x800 image with html links over each icon... (thanks to niteowl here for most of them). How to open this from a screen shortcut?

Tried opening some sites on Firefox, the stock Android browser and Opera and I still end up with the same thing.
Sorry for the bump, but anyone know of a fix?

i installed this apk app and i want to know what urls(web address) used in this app
when i click the button, web page going to loading and gets open in the app but the top of screen there is no address of site
and there is no option settings (just changing the font and size) or share
how can i find out ?

When I opened my files it's said no files

Without seeing files
Use a different file browser.
Of course I try
I've used most browsers I know
I think the problem from twrp because the file didn't appear in PC too and
I couldn't create new folders in my files and on PC
