Please update this theme when you get the time. I love red themes and they are so few and far between i would hate to see this left behind for back and blue themes that seem to be much more popular. I wish i had the know how to port themes it would make it much easier but untill i do im at your mercy. Lol.

I'm updating this tonight along with updating x power black don't worry.
I really like Red with Black themes so THANKS for porting it. Don't mind my sign as I am gonna try out unnamed rom right now and this looks to be a great theme to go with it.

Love this theme. However, it broke the Unnamed 1.0.3 10 notification pulldown toggles... Unless, someone knows an easy fix for it!

Yea installing fresh windows 7 tonight so will have it fixed by Sunday
Any chance of making the orange stuff more red like the way you have it in blue monkey? And is the calculator light red? Maybe its just my monitor, lol. Will give this theme a try soon. Thanks for all the themes you are posting up

first, thank you for the update. A few things I noticed:
Secondary menus blue wording would be better red.
Lost 10 button pulldown status bar only 5 show up. Also no long press for settings.
Icons on extended power menu don't really match the theme well.
Last is probably my fault as I flashed over blue monkey and all number buttons on dialer are still blue.
Everything else looks great.

Yes, theyre all the same. But when I start theming new files I make a new uninstaller because the previous one doesn't have the new files. I'm changing all my links to mediafire which will make it easier to keep organized and allow folder browsing.

Also, I noticed you're using extended controls w/ the flashlight controller. Does the LED work for you? It doesn't for me, and I'm wondering if there's some sort of trick to get it functioning properly.

Its actually widgetsoid and the LED does work. Just have to choose method 2 in global prefs.

Though not all the themes have suited my personal taste, I just want to quickly say how utterly impressive it is that you can turn out this many themes for this phone, and that all of them just seem rock solid. The ATRIX community should consider themselves very lucky!
Speaking of my taste, if there is any way you could whip up something like the following, I would be VERY grateful:
I would love to see a theme not too different from the Motorola one in your 1% battery thread, but maybe just with a nice circular battery, black task bar (maybe a little transparent or highlighted. Whatever looks good), and a black-to-Grey transparent notification drop down, similar to the blue one in the stock ROM. To whatever degree possible, I would also like to see black menus (like the menu that pops up when menu button is pressed while on the home screen). I think that would be more in keeping with Gingerbread than the Froyo-like white ones in the stock ROM.
Anyway, I realize you are very busy, and like I said, I appreciate your work, so I'll understand if you can't get to something like this. Just a request

Probably not. For some reason he keeps flip flopping back and forth on his base for that rom. Its now on the ORFR build which is different than what this os based on.
It caused a bootloop for me the first time he did that.

Props to me for an eye for style and fashion lol. I'm happy atrix owners have a sense of style and know what looks good. I would have had a hard time convincing themers in the epic theme thread (horrendous themes). Btw Nottach pretty nice bro. I envy your theming/port skills. I just don't have the time to learn baksmali eclipse etc. Also wonder if its possible to get that tranny bar.

Weather widget is most likely Fancy Widgets with the Simpleton White theme.
I saw that wallpaper the other day... its a live wallpaper. Don't remember where I saw it though.

All I knew is that he had asked someone else to port it but there were some issues with it. I didn't know who and how much was done. I didn't use anything of yours. I didn't even have your work to start with so there were no tweaks at all. I downloaded the rom that he wanted it on and went to work. I spent two days porting this over, resizing images and making necessary changes for a different screen resolution so there was no all of a sudden about it.

The only issues were the messaging icon wasnt themed and the menu was red. But I'm over it. Good work anyway.

great theme im using it now! the only thing that would be better is if the icons for call history and voice mail were themed as well, but otherwise its a super sexy color scheme, goes great with the red and black case. Thanks for all the hard work!
I also noticed the install for the red and black market fails when I try to flash it in recovery im getting "installation aborted" with a status of "0", I confirmed that market was not in "downloaded applications" so i shouldn't have any updates on the market that came with CleanROM 2.7. Any ideas? I would like to get this installed in really digging this color scheme red and black are my faves.

I ditched the black and white ICS boot anim and went with Task's Eye Animation. It seems to work better with my theme Thanks Task
If you're using ADW EX Launcher, I suggest getting the Faded theme icon pack. It makes ALL icons faded and gray even if that specific icon isnt in the icon pack, unlike most icon packs which leave out icons that aren't too popular.

Yeah im using adw but i set that wallpaper myself as opposed to leaving it how the theme set it. Do you not like it how it sets it? Post a screeny and ill see what i can do when i get home.

Thanks bro. The pic is a tad misleading though. The kunais for the wave are darker in the actual theme. I just havent gotten around to posting an updated pic.

UPDATED TO RC7.1 (fixed all transparency bugs etc that were introiduced in Rc7)
Known issues :
the theme is almost completely XHDPI , only the checkbox are left to resize (still looks good)
When receiving a call the red and green circle I did not find how to remove them, (if anyone knows please let me know.. )

Attached are the Notification Area and the Lock Screen shots. Note that on the Notification area screenshot, you'll see a different theme applied through the transparency close to the bottom so it will be different on yours.

Well I gotta be honest wit you this theme is not knew but the porting is long .. since its kinda heavy ..
the signal icon is different when yoru connected to google's server (and it looks much better in my opinion ) you can change that in jkay's setting , choose either theme only when connected or always theme them icoins look better .
I will chnge the non connected icons as well for next release .

Weird thing. I ran the revert rebooted and it did remove the battery mod from smittys theme, but I expected it to revert back to stock saurom, but instead I am still themed.

for a complete ICS feel use another home launcher such as ADW/ADW-Ex with their ICS theme and also I use SlideIt keyboard with their ICS theme for the keyboard. kinda completes the look and feel.
Simple install over newSense:
reboot to recovery, wipe dalvik cache, flash zip, reboot phone.
im NOT responsible for your idiocy.

4/10- turned the grey in pics 2 and 3 to white, android lockscreen back to normal pngs
fixed 4g icon to match theme, minor edits. Made return to newSENSE and White Version of newICSense
4/11- UpDated White to 2.0, alot of new pngs for statusbar
4/17- Updated White theme, added more white
still minor edits to be made, ill try when i have time away from classes

this theme is only for this ROM. since i have no motorola phones motoblur is out of my realm to mess around with (for now)
Great theme! Only issue is I can't read event details in the stock calendar app. Haven't seen anything else yet.

im aware of that i just havent had the time to go digging in to edit it yet
havent fixed the pesky calendar yet but updated with some minor fixes and a return to stock newSENSE zip

Is it recommended to install the new launcher before flashing this? Same for the keyboard? Or is the theme not touching any of those bits?

the theme doesnt touch them so it doesnt matter, before or after theyre all easy to set up
