what is the best dialer with big numbers,is there a dialer like the nexus s dailer?
I use dialer one. It is free from the market. It has smart dialing- like the HTC dialer. Doesn't look like Nexus dialer though.

My favorite one is atakephone. What I like is that I can the skin on it also you can schedule a call right from the contact or call log to call the person back later. It also shows up on your calender in gmail. Hope that helps.
another good one is "go contacts" (it includes the dialer)...i really like it, and it is themed like miui

Get Photo Unlocker from the Market. I've got FB pics in my Dialer One.

Thanks alot photo unlocker does not work with the stock cm7 dialer. I noticed it only seemed to unlock 1 photo does dialer one use more battery than the standard one
I've never had any issues with Dialer One, and I've used it since my Hero.

This should work using the stock dialer in cm7 if you've installed the facebook app and set it to sync contacts. However, I think you have to set each contact manually. Find the contact, long press until the menu comes up and select edit (choose the contacts app if it gives you any options). You should then see the various merged contacts (eg. Google contacts and Facebook). Scroll down to the facebook section and tap on the facebook profile pic. A menu should come up with one option, "use this picture" (or something to that effect). Tap on it and save your changes. Voila...
For some reason I still can't see my facebook contacts with the stock dialer or dialer one when I used photo unlocker it unlocked about 3 contacts. Before I downloaded cm7 I had all my contacts linked with my facebook so now when I go into a contacts under notes it says <htc><facebook>id and a lot of numbers. When I go to edit contact it does not give me an option to link it facebook at all.
I really like AContact...
But make sure you go with the little green dude with glasses. There's another one that isn't by "movesti" that is not great.

Im using HK3 and when i press the icon to add receipients for the sms or mms (whatever) i see every contact twice! However i chose to view only phone contacts and not sim contacts.. Also it doesnt show the contact image in messaging... Does anybody have a solution?? Thanks

Hey guys.
I'm on nocturnal something or other running ics and sense 3.6. Everything works well except that my contact pictures don't show up on my contacts widget (i use golauncher) or on handcent.
I have my contacts synced with Facebook. In the contacts app the pictures show. On the contacts widget they don't. Same thing with messaging, in the stock messaging app the pictures show but not in Handcent.
Any ideas why? Thanks.

I have a frustration problem. I want to send multiple sms in stock SMS app. Since there is contacts sync from Facebook and Gmail I dunno which contact have phone number and which one not..
When I want to send multiple sms Stock sms app convert sms into MMS.. And I have to manually check and delete contacts without numbers..
How to disable adding those contacts?

Go to contacts hit menu button scroll down to settings and check only contacts with numbers. That's how it worked on my Sprint galaxy s2 and same on my Note 2 so I think it's safe to say it's the same for you.

Anyone know how to set in stock SMS app to show only contacts with numbers... I hate when I sent multiple SMS and one contact have no number, just mail and darn stock SMS is converting SMS in to MMS automatic And now I have to find out that specific contact without number... by clicking one by one... :|

Why do some of my contacts show up when I'm typing the names in via text to message them show as fake email address? I've sorted my contacts I don't how many times and everything is legit and correct
No misspelled names,wrong numbers anything like that? I'm on stock Rom that's not corrupt. ..my contacts are linked with my facebook but I've unlinked them in the past and no change?
It's very annoying trying to text "mom" and it comes up as an email I've never seen or heard of before
Or I try to add multiple contacts to a mass text and the entire message never sends
