Now I wasn't sure where to find the clock at the top right hand corner, this is what my homescreen currently looks like, any help is appreciated, or any advice as to what to add would be helpful please.

Kind regards.
it looks like you only got the background piture. You'll need widgets and icons to make it work. However I'm very new at this so I can't help you

Notification Bar Stopwatch/Timer?

Hey! I always hate that when I'm running a timer or stopwatch there's no easy way to tell how much time you have left without returning to the app. Thought a cool feature would be to have a small notification on the status bar, always visible like the clock, that you could quickly glance at to check how its going.
My knowledge of Android development is pretty limited, wondering if anyone knows whether this would be possible?

You should check out Chef's Kitchen Timer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.rift.android.KitchenTimer
Questions should be asked in Q&A forums, not Development forums.
Thread moved.

[Q] Remove Carrier Name in Status Bar Pulldown

My DNA is rooted running UKB, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get rid of the carrier name in the notification pulldown. I'd askfor a mod in the development forums, but I can't post there yet. So I'm posting here. If a mod isn't possible, could someone tell me how to do it using Ninjamorph or apktool please? I have some experience with decompiling/recompiling, so hopefully you won't have to explain every little detail.
same question

[Q] Toggle X-Reality by tasker?

Hey everyone
as I am tinkering around with my Z2, I asked myself, if it would be possible to toggle the xreality-modes by some handy shortcut or widget.
And then I saw tasker. I didn't use is, yet. So, I got very motivated, started it and had to find out, that I am not really able to tell, how to do that.
So, you guys came to my mind. Does anyone know, how to do that?
Thanks so far
Not possible, it is drm key dependant so it wont work otherwise.
I dont think shortcuts will work due to the nature of sonys coding
Ok, that is an answer, I can get along with
didn't know that...
Thanks!

Why not use Android Studio? It's so simple to use and you can start with basic coding skills
If you think that it's easy to make, then try to do it by yourself and it wii be a good practise for you. Maybe, you will like it and it can become your hobby or future profession :fingers-crossed:
